Taka Vs Tobi(pre rinnegan)

In my opinion Tobi cuz they cant attack him, Sasuke cant even genjutsu him or amaterasu him and susanoo attacks will phase through him but all he needs to do to win is touch them

reread the fight between konan and tobi..

tobi can't atack if he's not in his physical form..
--> therefore no fightdevelopment..

also when he change into his physical form.. he has to wait a little before he goes into his "you cant hit me"-mode

konan nearly defeated tobi.. but he used izanagi (chapter 510)
his eyes wasn't shut because he is posseses senju's dna.. --> complete form of izanagi (also explained in chapter 510)

so for a fight he has to be in his physical form.. and we know NOTHING about his atacks..

also when he was meeting with the 5 kages.. he admitted that he IS currently weak! (also explains why he wasn't involved in a real fight)

now that he possesses the rinnegan he is different....

but because u said "pre rinnegan" we can't expect much from him..
