Suigetsu isnt physical furthermore thats not how juinjutsu work he turns that part of his body into water meaning the seal cannot make proper contact to him because it isnt a solid material. with the location having water he brings alot to the table.
Water isn't physical now? Just because you can't grab and hold something doesn't mean you can't touch it. All Danzo needs is to touch Suigetsu and he's out of comission.

Sasuke's Katon shits? Since when? It was only useful in taking out Baku, he didn't even bothered to use it the rest of the fight, which makes sense because he would be wasting chakra in a useless attempt to take out an Izanagi user.
One thing you got right, this won't be a battle of stamina. That's because none of these guys has Susanoo, meaning 3/4 would be dead before they could waste all their chakra.
If you read the fight you know Susanoo was fundamental and Sasuke would've lost early if it wasn't for his MS.
Full intel goes both ways, meaning Danzo will know how and who to take out in order. Honestly, he could just summon Baku, shoot three vacuum blades (like in canon) and murder 3/4 of Taka.
Genjutsu? Danzo already saw through that. The best he can do is put up a brief distraction with that. Nothing that will make a difference here.
CQC? Danzo doesn't care (Izanagi). That also means Sasuke will end up tagged and paralyzed (like in canon).
Manda? Sasuke had access to snakes all the time, he could summon Aoda but he didn't. Spells useless.
Unless its on the level of the 3rd Raikage it doesn't make any difference whatsoever.
