Danzo has nothing to hurt suigetsu with so why would he run Juugo has CM2 and his blast and karin can use her sensing to keep the others aware taka win low-med difficulty

Jugo would probably get taken out quite easy as well given his lack of planning while he's in CM2, falling prey to one of Danzo's lethal Futon jutsus. Suigetsu would be a nuisance, but not much of a threat, that is until he gets tagged by Danzo's juinjutsu.
Sasuke is the only real threat here, but if a much superior version of himself went up to high-diff to handle the old man, there's not much he can do by himself here.
Its still a high-diff win for Danzo regardeless.

fuijutsu tagging suigetsu is bullshit he just turns that part of his body into water. Furthermore you gave no real reason why danzo wins against sasuke who is much more durable than ms sasuke

--Hebi sasuke is more suited to fight danzo, siince he wont be sufferring from the drawbacks of overusing his MS, and with full intel, can land good chidori blows on danzo

--sasuke can also use manda and hydra to attack danzo effectively and his CS2 flight and speed enables him to evade danzos fuutons as well

--with karin healing him most of the time, and with aid from suigetsu and jugo, especailly with the latters CS2, taka wins this more times than not,
