OK.... Typhoon is like advanced wind in the sense that, it is wind but with like advance chakra control making it have no elemental weaknesses like its wind origin and I believe it is used by Sunagakure ninjas from the land of wind and the fact that Typhoon is advanced wind gives it more of a darker color and really higher destructive power

Okay good. Remember, it's strong to earth and most solids. There's only two techniques, which gives it more customs potential I guess.

The first jutsu created a very powerfu vortex that can be used in two ways, it can be used to create a massive storm that will be very effective in restricting the target's field of vision the second usage is simply based on the power and destructive ability of the vortex allowing it tear through everything in its path as it moves.
The second is a forbidden jutsu where the user creates aassive tornado around theirselves that rivals the size and power of a complete body susanoo but the user is left defenseless in the center making the only way a target can bypass the jutsu is to take out the defenseless user at the center.
I have a question regarding this, unlike other forbidden jutsus, this doesn't damage the user in any way right?
