not in manga, but yes in anime..
we shud expect to see all of them in the anime..

In the manga it didn't had a host either. The fight between Deidara and tobi vs. the 3-tailed is both in the manga and in the anime(pretty much the only scene that occures in both).

We don't know much about what happend with the 3-tails before it got caught by Akatsuki. But we do you know it had once a host, but for some reason he lost him -_-'.

And I don't think they're going to show any tailed beasts, because most of them are already caught or do appear in the manga. It's possible that they maybe will let see a piece of the fight between Kisame and the 4-tails, but I doubt they're going to waste another arc on capturing it.
