i know that to all i was asking was the fox's power cut in half and was not

thats what i'm saying... the 10-tails was SUPER strong.... the 9-tails was almost as strong as the 10-tails... the 9-tails is so strong even though he got his power cut in half, he is still the biggest baddest guy out there... i also think thats a testament to the 10-tails power as well...
