Are you putting all the bijuu on same chakra power level? If so perhaps 1 tails due to binding effects. Otherwise kurama stomps since his full power is leagues above the others.

Its not stupid because all chakra levels are the same as my thread mentioned. Also Son Goku is a sage. His sage mode should be beyond Kuramas since he has been a Sage for years. Plus 1 tails controlls sand and is thebest at sealing. I think Kurama too but it is debatable

1 tail can make sand from the earth,it can easily trap any oponent/ground type tailbeast with it sand and kill it

Considering Madara'a Susano was able to break free of his sealing, I'm gonna say Shukaku can't do much against his fellow Bijuu.
