Kurama is the best fighter. His TBB and power is off the charts and is much more powerful than the other Bijuu.

A lot of people are saying Kurama, but that's due to Kurama being dramatically more powerful than the other
tailed beasts. However, under the OP's premise, with all equal levels of chakra, Kurama shouldn't be able to beat
down the other tailed beasts so easily. The roar should easily be countered by another being of the same chakra
amount.

Thus, they should all be equally powerful. So now we have to account for special abilities and skills. Kurama seems
the most skilled, but its special quality is how extra powerful it is, while the other bijuu have special techniques.
Thus, I would say probably 5 tails, since it can magnify its own strength to topple the other bijuus.

Kurama was the one who made an Oorchimaru with the use of Ninjutsu, to run away and state that he could have died with just the power of version 2 4 tails mode. Yang Kurama took on 5 Bijuus which is something (this is after Naruto used a ton of chakra in KM).

That's just fighting capabilities, ability wise it could be any of the other Bijuus with their KKGs.

Kurama ans Son Goku are sages so they will break out of it. 5 tails could just use his water or steam. Im sure the other ones can get out of it as well.

I agree, although Kurama does have more tails than the rest which should give him another advantage.

Can't Kurama use KCM (I don't get it either) in The Last?
He should win. If you're saying it comes down to skill cause they
have the same level of chakra he should still win. Unless you mean literally strength,
which would make it anyone's game really. Shukaku and the 5-tails would have an edge
