Well i doubt it because:
1.He is using the fox chakra not his own and i doubt the fox chakra is a wind natured one... Or if the fox chakra mixes with his own in his new SO6P mode then from this point of view he could.
2.However he couldn't throw it... i mean just look at it... it is so dense the floor beneath naruto is cracking... he can barely hold the thing... only maybe, just maybe if he combines sage mode with SO6P mode then he could throw it. Otherwise no... because even if he managed to add the wind, he would be caught up in the vortex... i mean just imagine the explosion... it would be bigger than the leaf village.
And something that could basically just wipe out an entire village is indeed overpowered.

Doubt it,
Biju chakra is Negative & Positive, its currently unknown if Biju have a Nature affinity.
its unknown if a Jink & Biju when cooperating can use both chakras at same time.
So im gonna say Narutos' TBR might be like a Kamehameha Wave.
IF he took it further,
"Genki Dama" But Transformed into Kyuubi, uses Kage Bunshin and combines a couple of Biju Dama to form a huge bomb.

The TBB is more of a blast so I doubt he will have to throw it. I'm going by the TBB that beast and four tailed naruto does though. So most likely it will be a blast. And I don't think he can mix his chakra with the nine tails right now, they are just switching chakra right now.

I love how naruto techniques are always compared to sasuke, i understand they are rivals but naruto has bigger thungs to worry about.
You do realise guys narauto is up against madara here who has ems and harashima's powers and on top of that he has a rinngean and I almost forgot he as 7 chakra bjuu beasts worth chakra when needed.
Naruto will need to have this, it will be the strongest technique in the series the final nail in the coffin for madara's grave.
Don't forget what nagato wanted to with the chakra beast, make a atom bomb jutsu to kill a country in one hit.
Also naruto still needs to learn that "jutsu" aswell that uses the fox's powers.

I think it will happen. The wind style rasenshuriken is the finished version of the rasengan and the fourth got the idea from a tailed beast bomb so why not take the origin of the move and finish it by adding wind to have the complete rasengan

TBB is a big blast i don't know why you all want him to throw it. lol. with the help of the chakra arms he doesn't really need clones.
Seems the TBB needs the wind. You can't throw a normal Rasengan. If he throws a TBB it would do nothing but drop and explode in front of him. You can use the TBB as a thrust move like the Rasengan again its a bomb being killed by your own move is embarrassing. Spit some wind on that baby and let it rip.
