I aimed my leg at his neck, and thrust it downwards slamming him into the ground, his impact on the ground was quite rough and had scratches and bruises all over.

I begin by calming my self and letting my chakra flow gently across my body ,i then begin to run towards your clone direction with great speed and acceleration, and when in short range of him i lift my right leg up from the ground and strike your clone on his abdomen, you my utilize it by taking a huge leap and flying towards your opponent with a leg of your choice targeted at his abdomen, while keeping in mind you are in mid air and can drop down.

Now, how does a fist and a palm differ in attacks?

A fist is a formed hand, this means to form a fist ,one has to close their hands together and form a tight grip, whereas palm is the sole or middle of your bare hands, in taijutsu fights fist in my opinion render more damage than palms, as they have a strong and tight grip and can inflict damage on the opponent. Whereas, using your fist to hit someone on the chest would cause him damage though not with such a huge and blunt force compared to the fist, however the palm if used properly can be used to blast the opponent away from their default position and make them lose their balance and footing.

xd It also matters on individual as some people fist might be stronger than their palm, while some palm are stronger than fists. I proceed towards your clone in full speed and upon nearing contact with him i thrust my hand outwards and use my palm so slap your clone on his chest, which blasts him away, due to the force.

The dangers of missing this jutsu is opening or creating an opening for the opponent to launch a counter attack and hit you, if you miss the user with your arm thrusted forward which was intended for his body, the opponent can grab the arm and twist it and sweep you of the ground.

I run up to your clone in full pace and speed and nearing close range with him i raise my right need upwards and thrust it under your clone testis which causes him a great amount of pain.

What happens to your clones: Upon being hit your clone falls down face on the ground due to pain to his testes and is no longer unable to fight for a period of time.

Weight: The more the weight added to my knee the more the pain your clone we feel after being hit.
