Taijutsu(body techniques) is basically hand to hand combat. Unlike Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, Taijutsu doesn't rely on chakra, it relies on the users stamina and strength which is gained through intense training and is much faster to perform unlike Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. Even though Taijutsu doesn't require chakra, chakra may be used to enhance the power of the Taijutsu technique. Taijutsu also has different forms, as demonstrated by the Hyuga clans Gentle Fist technique which relies on amazing chakra control. Taijutsu is also a great way to preserve your chakra and can also be used together with Ninjutsu to create great combination techniques

Thats not certainly a layman sentence. I believe it directly from wikia. Nonetheless it true.
Refrain from using direct words from wikia. Read and understand and relate it to what you've seen in the anime then you are on your way in becoming a bad ass butt kicker.

Taijutsu as simple as it can be describes involves using your body for combat. Pure stamina, strenght and agility, reflex and body mechanics all comes to play when fighting using hand combats thus it requires rigorous training to make your body fit and adapt to the fighting still, just like preparing your body.

lol actually I didn't use the wiki, I just read it often so the words kind of got stuck in my head. I don't know what layman is XD

strengths and weaknesses of taijutsu

• The main strength of Taijutsu is that you don't require chakra, so the user is able to use it till his body starts giving up
• Can be combined with Nin or Ken techniques

• The biggest disadvantage is that you have to be close to your opponent to attack him

combination techniques

• I haven't learned any Nin or Ken yet but I would enjoy using Tai with Ken

A layman is someone with no prior knowledge in a subject. So I was asking if you are to have not knowledge of Naruto at all that you should describe Tai.

Types of taijutsu however is divided into two main or 3 rather

PureTaijutsu
Using hand combats in its purest form without using chakra enhancement

Chakra Enhanced Taijutsu
Some taijutsu techniques however, require you to use chakra. Hyuga gentle fist is part of this category.

Advanced Taijutsu
Taijutsu that are done with special abilities. A kg like that of the kaguyas, Eight Inner Gates is also part of this though it also falls in the second category.


Nice strength and weakness.

Combination depends on you and Taijutsu would just look cool when you combine them with elemental techniques.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEES sensei, I will run 1000 laps even though it is hard I will not give up

I begin by doing some stretching 1st, I then begin my 1st lap and as i am running I make a promise to myself to *NEVER GIVE UP*, I then continue with my running. I run and run and run until I finally finish, I go back to sensei short of breath * whaaaaats next senseeeeeeeei?*

oi 10 000 push ups, that's a lot of push but I will do my best

as I hear senseis instructions I start stretching, i reach down and touch my toes with my fingers but with my legs straight, I then stretch more before I start with my 1st push up, I go down with my back straight in line with my legs, without bending my back I then pick my body up. I continue with this but start struggling with my hands because of the effort it takes, my hands shake everytime I pick my body up, I finally complete my 10 000 push but I'm not able to pick myself off the ground. As I lie on the floor I ask sensei what I have to do next

10 000 sit ups? Sensei are your trying to make me get a 6 pack XD?

As I lie flat on my back from doing 10 000 push ups, I hear senseis instructions and I begin doing 10 000 sit ups. I keep my legs as straight as I can as I lift my body up, I then lean back down, I lift my body up again then lean back again, I continue doing this until I reach 10 000 sit ups, when I'm finally done I can barely move as my stomach area is absolutely sore because of the sit ups. I then ask sensei * what do we do next?*

lol sensei its 1,2,3,4,5 not 1,2,3,3,4(don't scold me for correcting you) I hope you meant 3 weeks just for training purposes XD

Once I hear senpais instructions, I draw up a schedule for my training. Since there a 5 training exercises and 21 days in the 3 weeks, I decide to spend the 1st day getting prepared and drawing up the schedule. With 20 days and 5 training exercises I decide to train on 1 technique everyday, meaning I would get 4 full days of training in each exercise

DAY 1 - I walk to the dummy as I get started with my intense training, I start punching the dummy with my fists, as I punch it, I begin to move my feet around the dummy so I can improve my balance while punching, I continue doing this for the entire day. When I finish punching the dummy, my fists are completely messed with blood as my hands are completely damaged.
DAY 2 - When I arrive for the 2nd day of my training, I have my hands wrapped in bandage from the previous days punching exercise. I open my fists and begin hitting the dummy with my palms, since there is little chance of me getting hurt by hitting the dummy with my palms, I use more power to hit the dummy, I continue this for the whole day
DAY 3 - As I arrive on day 3 of my training, my hands are very sore and still badly injured but I have to continue because this is important to me. I walk to the dummy and move right in front of it(1 foot), I begin hitting it with my elbows and I have to stay close a, I'm using my elbows or else I would be missing the dummy. I hit the dummy for the whole day until sensei tells me to go home
DAY 4 - When I arrive for the 4th day, I am a bit relieved that I don't have to use my injured hands, since my legs are not injured at all I begin kicking the dummy with my feet, as I kick it I rotate from left to right. Since I enjoy using my legs when fighting, I begin spinning and kicking the dummy to add my power and speed to my kicking ability. I continue doing this for the whole day and can barely walk home
DAY 5 - Day 5 and I start the final exercise of my training cycle, I begin kneeing the dummy as I move around the dummy. I then begin jumping and kneeing the dummy at the top, I do this for the whole day and finally finish the 1st cycle.

I continue this cycle for the next 15 days as my strength, stamina and speed improves from the training


So when can we start the jutsus sensei?

I begin to approach you then i suddenly dash with a sudden increase in speed and reaches short range of you in a matter of seconds. Then as I reach striking range, I brake with my left foot planting it on the ground allowing it to skid forward a little then I rotate/spin my body counter-clockwise while landing my right foot to the left side of your torso.

As I see you dash towards me, I get into a fighting stance with my left leg ahead of my right and my hands raised but just open and not clenched into a fist. When you get into striking distance and begin to rotate your body, I quickly go down and rotate my body counter clockwise and as you kick, you kick over my head and I take out your standing leg(left leg) with my right leg

How was that sensei?

Okay that was good, attack is the best form of defense.

Summons 100s of training dummies.

I want you to punch the dummy in the chest. Put energy into it and you might break some ribs or even sent it flying
