Alright, well, as you get into calorie fat burning mode...tell me what you think the purpose of the warm up was for. >.>
Also, explain to me the benefits of Taijutsu and how you plan on using it in a fight.

~As Bo-bobo got around from finishing his 100th lap, he jogs to where Kiritsugu is standing and starts doing push ups while he answers Kiritsugu questions about taijutsu.~

The importance of warming up can be compared to driving your car in freezing cold weather. It is best to allow your car to warm up a bit before revving it up to high speeds. The same principle applies when you work out. You want to physically prepare your body for vigorous activities by gradually increasing your body temperature.

The number one benefit of taijutsu in my opinion is that it requires no chakra. However, chakra helps increase the damage that is inflicted upon the opposing shinobi. Taijutsu also requires no hand seals, which would mean for very quick attacks to disrupt your opponent from executing a nin/genjutsu. Training in taijutsu will greatly improve your speed, strength, and stamina which are very important to have if you find yourself in long tiring battle. And I cant forget about the great combos you can create if use with ninjutsu. Just to sum it up, if you're in close range with your opponent, you could most likely guarantee a win if you plan it out correctly.

I'm sure you're about tired of me blabbering about taijutsu, but the reason why I want to train in taijutsu is not just master it, but to understand how to use it more effectively in battle since I rarely see people use it. I plan on making it my bread and butter and maybe one day create my own CFS that suits me and my nose hairs.

Anyways, you're right. Think of Lee and Maito Gai. They're even able to block Ninjutsu and play it to a certain level because of their mastery over this technique. Do not ever forget about this during a battle. Mind you, a certain long hop or an extra strength can get you out of tight situations.

Okay, do you remember what Kakashi did to Naruto way back during that first training with his Ichi Ichi book?
Believe it or not, this is the first Taijutsu you must learn.
Take my porn book (haha, jk), and shove it up the ass of my clone. Intricately, please. >.>

"Hell yeah I was taping!" Frankly put, Kiritsugu was caught up in this rather odd...training session. It was so entertaining he couldn't help but find himself playing along. Though to be honest, the fascination on Bobo's face along with the way he shoved that book up the poor clone's ass...
He winced as he motioned for Bobo to keep the book. He wasn't touching that thing again.
Coughing to break the awkward silence, he formed the Tiger handseal, forming a single clone about mid range from his student, motioning to it.
"Alright, on to the real thing, I guess," Kiritsugu began. "Feel free to flex your wrists a bit, time to get some real punching in. I want you to run up to my clone and punch him in the chest." He shrugged. "That's all for now."

Not cool Kiritsugu, not cool. Bo-bobo throws the book in disgust and cleaned his hands with some sanitizer he got from his Afro. I never thought a porn book can get any dirtier. I might donate it to the local children's library after this session.You cant deprive children from knowledge, even though its illegal. >_>

After 5 seconds of silence, Kiritsugu created a clone and instructed me to punch it in the chest. This sounds 10x better than sodomizing a defenseless clone. Bo-bobo rotates his right arm in a 360 degree motion, getting it ready so he doesn't strain his shoulder. Bo-bobo charge at the clone and punch it square in the chest while still maintaining his balance too prevent from falling on his face.

Whooo, I'm getting hyped! Whats next my brother I-I-I mean Kiritsugu. =D

1. Your opponent's field of sight.
2. How much power you put into your punch.
3. What and how did you hit your opponent?
"Being specific," concluded Kiritsugu. "Allows less arguments to happen and for more deliberate moves to happen. Now, try again, Bobo!" He created another clone.

Bo-bobo takes a deep breath and runs back to his original position. Bo-bobo rushed forward the clone with my right fist already clenched. As I get within 1foot of the clone, I planted my left foot right in front of me. I swing my hips forward so I could add more power to my punch. I connected my right fist to the clone's sternum and continued my punch all away until hit my left knee. I servely cracked his sternum while sending him back four feet landing on his head.

The clone disappeared in a poof of smoke into the distance as Kiritsugu clapped. "Amazing, amazing! I can see you pulling off great combos already in the near future!"
He created yet another clone, all for Bobo's pleasure. "Now, note that you used your hands just now..." Kiritsugu kicked a single foot out, simply for demonstration. "Now you'll focus on your feet. Explain how they differ from a fist and their power level in a fight."

Kiritsugu demonstrated a kick to Bo-bobo and asked him the what are the differences between it from a punch.
First off, using your legs and feet takes more skill and energy to use than a punch. That is because we are use to using our hands and never really used our feet and legs in such a way before. And the contrast of power between the two varies.

Naturally, a kick inflicts more damage than a punch because a foot has more bone density than a hand. However, its possible for a punch to be just as hard or harder than a kick, but it will take more time and training for it to reach to the level of a kick.

"Also, because your legs take up a huge weight of your body, if say, you start running forward, you can collect momentum and power, and by using the law of gravity, you can bring it down all at once to crash your leg upon the opponent with a deadly force. They also have a longer reach and can also block punches if positioned correctly in the air."
By forming the Tiger handseal, he created a clone for Bobo once more. "Now, begin by running at my clone to collect momentum, then when you feel that you have enough power, deliver a kick into his face."

Bo-bobo stands 14 meters in front of the clone that Kiritsugu just created. Bo-bobo gets in a running stance and sprints at full speed towards the clone. Within 3 feet of the clone, Bo-bobo jumps off his left foot. While in mid-air, he brings back his right leg until his thigh was almost touching his chest. As he got close enough to the clone, he extends his right leg and directly kicks the clone's nose, causing it to break and the clone's head to jerk back so hard that his neck broke.
Bo-bobo then safely lands on both feet at the same time.

I'll be fighting like Bruce Lee in no time.

What do you think the difference is?" With a marker, I drew out diagrams of both kicks. "Think of the power, range, and timing of each."

180 Degree Kick
This one is very simple. We both know that 180 degrees is a straight line, so that means the kick comes from one end of the line to the other end in a quick motion. To do this kick, ones body have to in a stance in the which their right side is either in or out(right side out if you're left handed, and right side in if you're right handed.) For this example we use the stance, right side in. In this stance, your left leg is slightly bent and your right leg is behind you. You will then swing the right side of your hips forward to add more momentum to your kick. This is how a basic 180 degree kick is done. The power of this kick varies upon different fighters. However, its very powerful and capable of knocking an opponent out if used on the temple or cracking some ribs for dinner if used on the person side. I don't know what you mean by range since all all kicks are close range, but I'm pretty sure you wasn't talking about that. The timing don't have have to be perfect since its very quick.



360 Degree Kick
The first thing that popped into my head was Rock Lee's Leaf hurricane. The difference from the 180 kick is instead of bringing your foot from the back to the front, you're starting your foot from the front and then do one full body rotation and then finish the kick at the same place you started it at. And what makes it better than the 180 kick is that you're able to do both kicks at the same time. Here is an example: Lets say you're 8 meters away from your opponent, he charge at him/her and then jump at the 2 feet marker. You will be jumping off your right foot while turning your body counter clock wise with your left leg stretch out. You will hit your target with the left leg first at the side of his head. You will then use his head as support by using your left foot to press on it. This will help bring over your right kick to land on the back of his head, while in mid-air. So you're able to land two kicks with the 360 kick maneuver. The power is even more powerful than the 180 kick since you have more momentum going with the 360 and the possibility of landing two kicks. Well the range is around your body since you're going in a 360 motion. The timing is key to executing this move since you will be leaving yourself vulnerable to attacks while in mid-air.

...okay. You know, I really can't add anything. xD LOL. I guess, to summarize, you are correct about the 360 being more risky and making you more vulnerable, but at the same time, it does give you more power.
As for range, I may have used the wrong word. >.> I was thinking more along the lines of how it may differ from a punch in terms of range. Otherwise, well done. O_O'

Picture it, Sicily, 1982...........*visualization mode*

I was walking down a dark alley looking all young and hip. Just came from the strip club spending that paper. I was moving my feet, back and forth, with a little hop, but not to high. As I moved my right foot forward and was about to the same with my left, I felt something touch my right lower shin. And because I was slightly off balance with just one foot on the ground, so I started to lean forward falling because that where all my weight was going. My reflexes kicked in, and moved my hands in front of me, so if I fall, I don't damage this handsome face. Luckily, I didn't fall flat on my face. I landed on the bottom part of my palms and my two knees. I got with a bounce, with a furious look on my face and I looked at the guy who was responsible for messing up my hundred dollar suit. He looked like one of those dudes from To Wong Foo. So I grabbed his necklace and told him.............You mother ******!!!!!! Did you know how much I paid for this ******** suit!!! I"M gonna ******************** and shove this *********** up your ***********!!!!

Alright, now, begin running at my clone for good momentum and power.
When you get in range of him, aim a kick towards the top section of his body (explain the reasoning behind this), then directly afterwards, kick with your other foot towards his rib cage (explain the impact this has), and proceed to finish him off with several more kicks of your choice.
