Its jutsu but doesnt require chakra but if u use chakra it makes the taijutsus attacks even stronger. Taijutsu is hand to hand combat or weaponry. Might Guy and Rock Lee are taijutsu speaclist. Taijutsu is a more quicker way then ninjutsu or genjutsu. It also doesnt require hand seals
