is a basic form of techniques and refers to any techniques involving the martial arts or the optimisation of natural human abilities. Taijutsu is executed by directly accessing the user's physical and mental energies, relying on the stamina and strength gained through training.It typically does not require chakra, though chakra may be used to enhance its techniques. Taijutsu generally require no hand seals to perform, occasionally making use of certain stances or poses, and are much quicker to use than ninjutsu or genjutsu.

*I do a short 7 mintue warm up.I then stretch my hands down and start doing a simple handstand.I stay in the form for about 4 mintues letting my hands get a proper warming up and then I spring off and start down some laps around the village.On the first 10 I feel the same as not much has gone.On the 29 lap I drop from a long walk,but I get up and keep running to the end.
*┌П┐(◕_◕)┌П┐,I yet again get into a handstand position,I start running around the village yet again.People watch as I handstand say it impossiable so I start increasing my strenght and start walking even faster!Now on my 27 th Lap I fell my arms starting to ache but I keep going.As I make my last lap I feel great yet in pain*
No the lession is that no matter what you do if its right or not your always going to get hit by me but I do this to prove a point and that point is that you can never trust anyone even me cause people can turn on you quick so always stay on your toes

*I take a deep breath and start making the snake seal.I aim my fingers directly into the butthole of the clone.As I do so the clone screams out in pain and is sent flying into the near by tree and poofs away.
*I take a kunai and form the the snake handseal and aim it towards the clone.As i aim I foucs hard and shove it up the @ss of the clone causing him to yell in great pain as he fells like he is getting **** raped and puffs away as he hits the wall.
