this one really comes in handy when u get drunk at the taverns, or as a last resort lol (eg, lee vs. kimimaro in anime) u dont have to be drunk to do this one, thank god, so just do what it says cuz its self-explanatory.

the gates are openings in the body in which a person can open/close but opening these gates can be risky but it increases power for each gate two fold and close the gates just depress the chakra ( the gates open drasticslly drop chakra levels
