Good!!! Good!!! Now we are getting somewhere!!!
My advice is to always, always add a small effect to your hit. For example:
"I charge my left fist and retract it to deliver a low punch aiming at the upper right quadrant of your abdomen, just bellow the lowest rib. I puch with enough strength and power to bruise your liver, leaving you with an internal bleading and gasping for air as your abdomen fills with blood, making it harder to breathe (as the abdomen fills with blood, it has less space to move and allow the inhaling/exhaling process)*
Try to divide the moves into this:
-What move you are doing (a punch, kick, jab, palm, etc)
-Body part you are using and in what direction (basically try to say always "left arm in a lower punch" or "right foot to perform a roundabout kick from right to left")
-The target area
-The effects
This is just a broad manual. Each person has its style. I found this way easier to explain and visualize the moves since i prefer free form.
The effect is quite unecessary but it actually gives a certain level of pressure on your opponent. He becomes weary of letting you punch there and might even be enough to enable him to actually make a mistake by making a rushed counter.
