Hirudora obliterated V3 Susanoo. Hidan tanked Atsugai nor does it have any feats to put it on that level. So no. Though the answer should be rather obvious. But meh.

No, it doesn't. It deals damage just like any other crushing or blunt force jutsu would. Then there's the fact it doesn't matter as Hidan tanked it. Lol.

Lol. Hirudora is air pressure. It being pure force doesn't even make sense as he's not attacking with any kind of force like Nagato does when he uses Shinra Tensei. That is the only offensive tech you could call a "pure force".
