Omg....I'm alive! Vegeta thinks as Kisame walks back towards him. After listening closely to his Sensai he starts to gather his chakra thru out his body, and takes off running towards his teacher. As he gets within 2 meters Vegeta launches into the air off his left foot, swinging his momentum left as he delivers a right kick into Kisame's left forearm as he blocks the attack. Using the momentum from Kisame's block, Vegeta immediately brings his left leg upwards swing his momentum right toward's Kisame's head...though this is not his true target. Expecting it to be blocked, as soon as Vegeta's left leg hit's Kisame's block Vegeta immediately begins swinging his hips and momentum right as he descends, swinging his left leg all the way around 360 degree's delivering a sweeping left footed blow to Kisame's left ankle region, knocking Kisame off balance a teensy tiny bit...he hoped ^_^

Stumbling backwards and recovering before his body hit the ground, Kisame grinned as he looked towards the boy.
Well whaddaya know? Taijutsu flows through yur veins... Time to kick things up a notch.
(Konoha Senpū) - Leaf Hurricane
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 10
Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.
Now, we're gunna work on yur reflexes. I'm gunna take a run at ya, and yur gunna have ta be able to kick Samehada here outta my hand. How? If you bend your upper body backwards, you generate potential energy in your body; like a spring. Then, you allow one of your legs to swing upwards quickly, releasing all of that energy in a single motion and delivering a devastating impact. Thank you can do it?
Running towards his student, Kisame held Samehada behind himself, trailing behind like the arms of a running shinobi, ready to swing his arm, and the sword, in a large circle to crash down on his student's head if his reflexes were too slow.

Upon hearing his Sensai's words, Vegeta smiled inside...until he heard his next sentence about kicking it up a notch. Well, you asked for it, he thought to himself, listening to what his Sensai said was the next step in the training process. Taking a run at me...Potential energy...makes perfect sense...KICK SAMEHADA?!?! Vegeta pondered, trying not to miss anything his Sensai said. As soon as Kisame says think you can do it suddenly Vegeta see him heading straight for him. Vegeta quickly gathered himself, getting quickly into a standard stance, right arm and right leg back and left arm up defensively in front with left leg forward. Molding his chakra he could see Kisame was almost on him, and he had to time this right, his Sensai wasn't gonna miss on purpose, if he didn't get this move down, it was over. Sink or swim time! Vegeta thinks as he starts to lean his upper body backwards, coiling himself back as far as he could without totally losing his balance and falling backwards. As he see's Samehada lifted straight into the air and start to descend on him Vegeta gives his upper body the final backwards push to send him falling downwards behind him while pulling his legs straight out from under himself propelling them upwards very quickly, and suddenly Vegeta feels pain from his foot as it makes contact with the downward swinging Samhada, knocking the blades momentum back up and away from Vegeta as his body hit's the ground.
I hope feeling this pain in my foot is part of the jutsu Sensai.. Vegeta says giving his Sensai a closed eyed Gin smile ^_^

By the end of our training, there shall be no pain; only the destructive force of your taijutsu.
Reaching to the sky, Kisame grabbed the handle of his falling Samehada.
(Konoha Shōfū) – Leaf Rising Wind
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 20
Description: This technique uses the entire body as a spring, by amassing power through taking a posture where the back of the body falls down. With this powerful taijutsu, the user kicks just above the head. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky.
Now, these next three are essentially the same technique used in different ways. So, in order to train you in them, I'll have you use all three in a combination. All of these are strikes with the palm, so you are to curl your fingers away from your palm so that the underside of your knuckles is exposed and prominent. That is what you'll be striking with; the meaty part of your palm directly under your knuckles. So, your first strike will be an upper-cut, hitting my jaw with your palm strike. As I'm staggering backwards, my face to the sky, a straight-forward palm strike to my solar plexus should follow up; taking a step with this strike to add extra momentum is a good idea. Then, as I'm doubled over, the final strike is a downward blow to my back, leaving me flat on the ground. So why don't you try it?

He is such a boss! Vegeta thought to himself as Kisame caught Samehada by the handle. After listening closely to his Sensai's instructions Vegeta got back into a standard stance again, looking at Kisame-sama. Wow, I can't believe I'm about to attempt this.. he thinks
Here go's!
With that Vegeta curls his fingers exposing the meaty part of his palm while gathering his chakra and rushes Kisame, and as he gets with in 1 meter of him Vegeta stops and swings his right hand upward striking Kisame's jaw with his palm. As Kisame's head reels back Vegeta swings his hips and momentum clockwise stepping forward with his left leg as he delivers a left handed palm strike to Kisame's solarplexis, which doubles Kisame over forward. Just as quickly, Vegeta reels back with his right hand as he steps forward and to the right with his right foot bringing him directly to Kisame's left side as Vegeta swings his momentum back counterclockwise so he is facing Kisame's side, Vegeta then reaches his right palm upwards and drives it down into Kisame's back, slamming him into the ground as Vegeta is left there doubled over out of breath from exerting so much chakra and force at once.

Pushing himself from his knees to his feet, Kisame wiped his hand across his lips.
Alright... Not bad. I think it's time you beat on clones...
Forming the handseal, Kisame created multiple clones for training.

Rank:B
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:20
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

Let's continue.
(Asshō) - Pressure Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user strikes their opponent with a downwards thrust striking them to the floor.
(Shōgekishō) - Upwards Attacking Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user strikes their opponent with an upwards thrust into the abdomen lifting them into the air.
(Hōshō) - Crumbling Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user strikes the opponent with a forwarding palm thrust.
Now, some more "alternative strikes", as I call them. Strikes that don't use major attacking limbs such as your fists and feet. So, here is a very simple technique; charge forwards at your opponent, and lower your shoulder for a strike. You can hold the hand of the shoulder you're using to provide more support to the strike. Essentially, this attack is just you sticking your shoulder out and charging through your opponent like a tank!
The second attack is a rising knee. Most effective by grabbing your opponent where you want to strike, like for example the head, before attacking, you simply raise your leg up, as if you were about to kick, but with your knee extended and moving quickly so that it can be a viable offense.

So now that you know how they work, try 'em out on my clone, here.

The confidence his Sensai was showing him made Vegeta well up with pride, and he was more determined than ever to make Kisame proud..He turns his attention to Kisame's clone. Just as menacing and powerful looking as Kisame-sama himself! At least he didn't have to worry about accidentally hitting the clone too hard enough to make it want to kill him! That was a plus at least. With that Vegeta began to ninja run towards the clone, and as he gets about a 2 meters away his twist his upper torso ever so slightly to the left, tightening his right fist pulling it in close to his stomach and clinching it with by the wrist with his left hand as he lowers his right shoulder aiming it straight for the clone. As he reaches a little over a meter he launches off the ground slamming shoulder first into the clone's sternum. Vegeta settles back, as the clone grabs it's chest and doubles over forward, Vegeta quickly snatches the clone on both sides of it's head as he reels his right leg back just a bit, and pulls down forcefully and quickly on the clones head as he drives his knee upward violently, sending the clone almost vertically 180* as he slams down to the ground on the back of it's head, bouncing once from the violent force before it poofs away...
I hope that was OK, Kisame-sama! Vegeta says as he catches his breath, panting a little

Aside from your ability to capitalize on your body's natural positioning, the techniques themselves were executed fairly. If you hit my clone with your right shoulder, you probably hit him about the chest or solar plexus; you're not going to aim high. Your body will also be twisted to the right side. From here, with my clone doubled over, you can grab his head and twist your body clockwise, bringing your left knee up instead of your right in a more natural "wind and unwind"-type motion, instead of twisting yourself with the shoulder, untwisting, and then twisting the same way with the knee. Just something to think about when performing combinations.
(Tokken) - Thrusting Shoulder
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user will jump into the opponent thrusting their shoulder to strike them.
(Shōshitsu) - Rising Knee
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: The user will strike their opponent with an upwards thrust with their knee.
The next three techniques I'm going to get you to do in a combination. First, jump through the air, performing a flip as you do so, and strike my clone exactly seven times. Use both punches and kicks. On the final attack, send him high into the air.
While my clone is in the air, leap into the air after him. Position yourself behind him, and make sure when you kick off of the ground to catch up to him, your kick is just powerful enough to get behind him, not beyond him. If you mess this up, you'll redo the flip and combination in order to get this one right. Remember to watch him move through the air, and move accordingly.
While in the air behind my clone, I want you grab him by the sides and spin him around mid-air. When his ankles are by your head, I want you to grab his ankles with your hands and wrap your legs around his waist. From there, spin as fast as you can, rotating him quickly as his head goes straight to the ground, with him being upside-down relative to the earth, and you being right-side-up. As you spin, simply allow gravity to take hold and do the damage for you.

You got it Kisame-sama!
With that statement, Vegeta peered at one of the clones with a grin, and began gathering chakra as he begins to ninja run at the clone. As he gets with in a meter and a half Vegeta launches high into the air, swinging his feet's momentum high above him as the momentum from running begins to carry him up and over the clone. With his legs still above him he begins to punch downward at the clone from above, left jab, right jab, left, right, left again, and by now both feet are on the downwards arc of the flip, and Vegeta uses the natural momentum of his feet dropping like a pendulum to drive the tips of both feet straight up under the jaw of the clone, both feet striking at once sending him air bound as Vegeta lands bent down on his knee's and looks at the clones positioning of it's body and limbs, it's momentum...and Vegeta quickly calculates how fast he needs to jump to catch up with him. Vegeta launches upwards to directly behind the clone, the clones head reeled back from the kick, both arms straight down as well as both legs, and Vegeta shadows his movements, getting into the same position behind him before reaching upwards and across right with his left hand grabbing the clones right shoulder, and reaching across to the left with his right hand, grabbing the clone by the left hip and performs a motion counter clockwise with his arms, spinning the clone in mid air which Vegeta quickly stops the motion by grabbing the clones ankles by both hands, and wraps both his legs around the clones waist area and begins to spin clockwise rapidly, the velocity of the spin increasing as they both plummet to the earth and slam into he ground, the clones head lodging straight into the ground like a lawn dart with a small crater around it from the force of the impact. Vegeta, having released his grip at the very last second, regains his footing, looking at his Sensai hoping for approval.
I hope I did that right Kisame Sensai!

Aside form the tad-bit confusing initial barrage of attacks... Also, just be warned that I'm going to shift back and forth between one technique and multiple techniques at a time, based on how well they flow together.

As Kisame's clone hit the ground, he remained silent as he watched his student regain his balance.
(Dainamikku Akushon) - Dynamic Action
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:15
Description: The user flips towards the opponent and attacks with a series of punches and kicks equalling 7 attacks.
(Kage Buyō) - Shadow of the Dancing Leaf
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 5
Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.
(Hayabusa Otoshi) - Peregrine Falcon Drop
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points:15
Description: The user grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground, similar to the Front Lotus.
Alright, this next technique is quite interesting and utilizes some physics properties. The technique itself is quite simple; multiple kicks while alternating legs which get higher and higher. However, as you kick and spin your body back and forth, the motion of your alternating legs causes air currents to move around you differently, increasing your buoyancy. As your buoyancy increases, you will begin to float higher and higher in the air for a short period of time, just long enough to complete the technique. It is this buoyancy, and not a jump, that allows you to kick higher and higher. Now, after your highest kick, end the series with a heel drop to the head.

Yessir! I will work even harder to fine tune my details. You shouldn't have to try and figure out what I mean(adding that Vegeta twists his hips and lower body mid way thru the flip would've made envisioning that last one of mine much easier), it should flow beautifully off the screen and play out in your mind with ease. I still have much to learn U_U but I am diligent!

As Vegeta gets himself together, he see's the next clone Kisame-Sama has made for him to attack. Vegeta starts to gather and knead his chakra, and begins to Ninja run with his arms back towards the clone. As Vegeta gets within a meter of the clone he swiftly shifts his weight and rotates right while extending his left leg out for a low kick, then immediately pivots his weight and rotates his hips to the left, delivering a middle kick and feeling himself becoming lighter, gaining buoyancy from the rotation and speed of his kicks, finding himself raising easily into position as he once again quickly swivels his hips and weight right again, delivering a left kick to the clones head as the buoyancy raises him even higher up, finding himself looking down at the clone as he swings his weight to the left, his hips and shoulders following suit as Vegeta lifts his right leg high into the air, and drives it downward like an executioners axe straight down the clone's forehead, poofing the clone away as Vegeta lands to the ground, breathing heavily, his heart racing from the exhilarating feeling of the attack..

Watching the performance, Kisame nodded silently.
That was good. We can move on.
(Konoha Daisenpū) - Leaf Great Whirlwind
Rank: C

Description: This technique is a series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.
Now, this next attack is quite simple, but it doesn't flow well into the techniques I want you to do afterwards so I'll have you do it quickly before we move on to those. Run towards my clone, with your right side turned towards him, grabbing your right forearm with your left hand as support and extending your right shoulder so it can hit your opponent with all your force and power. After you hit my clone, I want you to let go of your arm, pull your left hand into a prepped position, and then twist your body clockwise, extending your left arm for a strong punch to my clone.

Vegeta listens closely to Kisame, then the clone appears. Vegeta swiftly runs towards the clone, twisting his upperbody left while grabbing his right forearm with his left hand to support and launches slightly off the ground driving his right shoulder square into the clones chest, and then quickly releases the grasp on his left forearm pulling his left arm and elbow back like a spring as he twist his hips and upper body 180* to the right quickly driving his left arm forward as his left foot lands in front, uncoiling like a spring punching the clone in the chest, adding to the force from the shoulder smash and sending him flying back before poofing away

(Rakanken) - Nirvana Fist
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:15
Description: A powerful shoulder smash followed by a strong punch.
Now, these next two techniques are both similar in that they are derived from the same source, and are mid-air techniques. For the first one, you will need to create four clones, or borrow four of mine. After that, you need to have three of your clones run at my clone, kicking him in several different areas of the body as distraction while your fourth clone gets low and kicks my clone into the air. After that, you need to run forwards and, jumping off the back of one of your clones to get into the air next to my clone, perform a heel drop to his shoulder to smash my clone into the ground.
After that, he'll need a little more to poof that clone away. First, run towards him and kick him up into the air. Then, you will use the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf you learned earlier to appear behind my clone quickly, as set-up for the technique (using this in the jutsu only counts as one technique, not two for SotDL and the technique itself). Once behind my clone, strike him without serious effort on one side, before spinning around to get above him slightly on the other side to attack him more. At the end of your attacks, however you wish to perform them, you will perform one strong strike to send him into the ground, before falling after my clone and performing another heel drop to his solar plexus with the added power of your falling velocity.

Wow, sorry man this must've gotten buried under a million other posts, I've been waiting for a reply from you then I check 2 pages into my subscribed threads and low and behold, here it is xD

After listening to Sensai, I create four clones who begin to advance towards your clone, 3 of them taking the front while the 4th is just behind. The 3 clones reach your clone and the first 2 attack it from the left and right, each driving a right footed kick into the sides of the clone as the 3rd clone reaches from the front kicking the clone with a left footed kick to it's chest. As this happens, the 4th clone has reached your clone with me close behind and it's gets low to the ground, driving a right kick upwards to the chin of your clone sending it airborne as I jump onto the 4th clones back propelling myself up above your clone as I lift my right foot high into the air and drop a devastating heel kick downwards onto the skull of your clone smashing it back to the ground....
Knowing this wasn't enough to do a clone of my strong Sensai in, I quickly burst forwards towards him delivering a powerful upwards kick to it's chin from a low position which launches it into the air. I then jump myself, timing my ascent to position myself directly behind the clone traveling at the same velocity so as to mirror it's movement. I then strike with a right kick towards it's ribs which partially hits it's arm, however this is more of a distraction than an attack, and a catalyst to spin my body in the opposite direction as I maneuver to the other side and just above the clone while delivering a spinning back right fist attack to it's head which begins it's descent. Still spinning though, I also slam my left forearm into the gut of the clone which speeds him up towards the ground, slamming into it hard. The momentum still carrying me in a counter-clockwise motion I draw up my right foot as I am almost upon the clone, and as I hit I drive the heel stright into the solar plexus of the clone, rocking the ground beneath it from the sheer force of my kick and the momentum of falling, which poofs the clone away as I stand back up and await further instructions from Kisame-Sama

Good... Keep up the work.
(Naruto Rendan) - Naruto Barrage
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:15
Description:After making 4 clones they attack with kicks that launch the foe into the sky and the original hits the enemy on the shoulder sending them flying back to the ground.
(Shishi Rendan) - Lions Barrage
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points:15
Description: A variant technique of the Front Lotus, It is an ultra-fast combo attack that requires an advanced physical condition and a certain knack for it. The opponent is first kicked into the air and shadowed with the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Upon inflicting a blow, one takes advantage of said opponent's counterattack to spin around and rise again for further assaults. Since the fall is increased in velocity with each blow, the damage when one is eventually struck to the ground is inconceivable. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the chest.
Now, this next jutsu utilizes sake. Or, you know, any alcohol of your choosing. So, once you're drunk, you will begin to fight and attack in the manner of a drunken fighter; unpredictably, without inhibition, and solely on instinct. Now, different types of drunks will react differently when using this fighting style, but primarily this fighting style revolves around being unbalanced, and the drowsy-type drunk. Swaying, stumbling, and even falling straight to the floor all allow you to avoid attacks, while your drunken fighting instinct takes hold to move straight into an unprecedented attack. So, get drunk, and spar with my clone. He'll try to attack with some punches, some kicks, and a few swings of his sword. I want you to fight, while drunk, until you can outfight my clone. Combinations of stumbling, uncoordination, and powerful, repeated strikes from potentially unadvantageous positions are all common. Moving to attack one area, but then changing your mind on instinct and hitting somewhere else; also common. Just continue to fight until your drunken instincts can take my clone out without you getting hit... Or, at least, without getting hit by accident.

I will have to pretend to be drunk as my bio is now incapable of becoming intoxicated...one drawback of being a Valentine xD

I pull out a literal vat of Saki, pouring a ton of it down my throat becoming slightly intoxicated. I begin swaying back and forth, hiccuping as I rigidly fumble left and right, staggering forwards and back a little..
Come on.......wait, who am I doing here again?!...hic...
Suddenly I see you clone approaching with an open handed strike. Just before it hits, I fall flat on my face, apparently asleep from over drinking, just narrowly avoiding the hit...
snore.....hic.....
As the clone attempts to stomp on me, I roll over left to my back avoiding the blow...snoring and seeming unaware of the events around me. As the clone attempts to stomp me again I don't move, but raise my right hand up and catch the clone's descending right foot while still in a slumber and raise up my right leg hitting the clone on the back with the flat top of my foot sending him stumbling forwards over my body on the ground.
......zzzz.....*yawns*.....ahhhhh...whasss...goin on...hic....here....
I then stand up and look towards the clone who has regained his composure, arms half raised in a fighting stance...the clone clearly becoming frustrated..
You......YOU!!!..hic...what do you think YOUR lookin at...hic.. mister sharky face?!?!
The clone once again rushed toward me this time with Samehada in his left hand, I go towards the clone and draw back my right fist but trip as the clone swings the sword left to right horizontally, just narrowly missing being cut as the punch is delivered to the clones left knee cap instead. Catching myself on the ground with both hands I immediately do a hand standing and begin walking forwards on my hands, legs bent forward like scorpion tails as I approached the off balanced clone, and I begin kicking the clone left right left right left right footed in the chest while walking towards him on my hands, knocking him to his butt as I flop forwards from the handstand plopping onto my back and once again begin to snore loudly like I am asleep. Snoring apparently so loudly that I startle myself out of slepp and quickly stand up looking around left and right frantically before looking at the clone once more...
Heeeeey....it's...hic....YOU Again!!! Why won't you...hic...just let me enjoy my buzz!
The clone once more approaches and reels back to deliver a right cross, which I drunkenly stumble left out of the way driving my right knee to the clones right rib cage, doubling it over as I drop my right elbow downwards to the back of it's head knocking it to the ground. I start to stumble away as I hear the clone lunge upwards towards me from behind, to which I close both fists and twist my top half of my body counter clockwise and spin facing my back, driving both fist powerfully into the clones stomach and sternum at once, sending him skidding across the ground before poofing away...
....Oh my head.......what happened here? I seemed to have blacked out Sensai...

Yeah, well.... That was.... Interesting.
(Suiken) - Drunken Fist
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points:15
Description: This unusual taijutsu style is a unique style of combat Drunken Fist Fighters become human powerhouses who'll strike unpredictability, with no inhibitions, an explosive fury and without any second thoughts about their actions. The user can either make themselves drunk or immitate the method by use of swaying and uneven balance on their feet to attack their opponents a total of 12 variant attacks.
Okay, so, these next two techniques are powerful punching techniques. The first one is very simple; you run forwards, jump into the air, and as you move through mid-air you spin around, using your forward motion and spinning momentum to add power to a punch you will deliver to my clone.
The second one is more powerful that that leaf-guys cutty things... I don't know who he is, or what they're called... Anywho, that guy who fought alongside the Odd Beast; not the Sharingan guy, or the girl. Whatever. It's just punching your opponent a bunch of times, slashing them if you have those guys' cutty things, and finishing with an uppercut to send them into the air. Once in the air, you can continue with further, mid-air strikes.

As Vegeta see's Kisame-Sama create another clone, he listens to his instructions before taking his southpaw stance gazing in the clones direction. He sprints towards the clone, and as he reaches 2 meters from him he jumps while quickly rotating his body 360* counter clockwise and drawing back his right hand. As he reaches 3/4 of the way around, he drives his right hand forward violently, closing his fist just before the strike to further speed it up, drilling the clone knuckle first right in the nose sending him to his bottom. As he gets up, Vegeta is already approaching quickly with both fist drawn back near his shoulders, and he drops slightly down and delivers 4 quick solid jabs right then left then repeated into the ribs and sternum, then quickly delivers a strong right uppercut as he torques his body quickly a 1/4 turn counter clockwise, sending the clone flying upwards into the air where he poofs away from too much damage..

Sitting and watching his student silently, Kisame didn't make any comment on the execution of the techniques by his student. With Samehada planted handle-up in the ground next to him, Kisame stretched a bit before giving the next instructions.

( Rōga Shōken ) - Wolf Fang Rising Fist

Next two techniques are kicks. The first is simple to do, rather difficult to understand. Basically, you run at a guy, jump into the air, and spin around to kick him. Only you continue to spin in the same direction, continually kicking him. As you spin, air flows from above your leg to under your leg and- blah blah blah. Who cares how it happens, all you need to know is that as you spin, your body goes up. And as your body goes up, the guy you're kicking goes up with you. So you continue to spin and kick higher and higher until you're sick of spinning, maybe dizzy, and then you stop and just let them fall to the ground where the solid ground will do the rest.
The second technique is simpler to understand. You kick your target into the air, then jump after him and kick him higher. Then, you continue to follow him; use Shadow of the Dancing Leaf, I don't care how it's done.
(if you do use that technique as your reasoning for getting behind him, it doesn't count as two of your three jutsu; it's just you moving fast to get where you need to be) Once you're up near the guy after kicking him the second time, get up on his shoulders and use your chakra to stick to him so you can somersault and spin him towards the ground, sending him flying with extra speed and damage.
Looking around a bit, Kisame added afterwards.
Oh, yeah. Once you're done that, I want you to scale that cliff face over there. Twice. Alternating hand each time. Oh, yeah; I should mention that first. Each time you should only use one hand; so use your right first, and then your left. It's only, eh... A kilometer high? Maybe? Might be a smidge more; I can't tell. So yeah, perform those kicks for me, and then come back once you've scaled a thousand meters with both arms. Remember, I told you that we'd work your lungs, your muscles, and your reactions. Lungs we started, though perhaps you need a bit more time in The Hole. Now we get your arms. Legs come with reactions.
