Tobirama gets down in a position with his toes touching and ground along with his palms, and starts doing some casual push ups.
What I know about Taijutsu? I don't know a lot about it, but from what I understand it is one of the main three fighting styles along with Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. Taijutsu makes you use for muscles and brain too coordinate physical attacks against your opponent. Some Taijutsu can knock your opponent off guard, damage his internal organs, or even break their limbs.

Taijutsu advantages? One main advantage is that it uses no chakra, unlike its Ninjutsu and Genjutsu counterparts. Taijutsu training also pushes the human body to it's utmost limits. I am not too knowledgeable on the subject so please feel free to correct me and help me learn. :nindaime:

Taijutsu is basically Hand to Hand combat. Its composed of several disciplines and arts, the most used of which is called Strong Fist. Other types include for example, Gentle Fist. Taijutsu uses the body as a weapon to attack or defend against your enemy. Its powered by chakra but in a different way than Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, as you don't need to mold chakra to perform Taijutsu (as seen in Rock Lee's case). Chakra in Taijutsu acts as the fuel, powering the body through its moves, specially in terms of Physical energy. The main characteristic of Taijutsu is that it can be combined with several other areas of a ninja's arsenal, such as Kenjutsu or Ninjutsu (in this case producing Nintaijutsu). This makes Taijutsu the basic skill every ninja has to have.
Taijutsu can be advanced through mastery of the Eight Inner Gates. These are "limiters" that exist within the chakra circulatory system and that regulate and limit the chakra output, keeping it at safe levels, thus keeping the body safe. Through intense training and skill, a ninja can unlock them gaining access to increased chakra output and, through that, increased physical power. However, doing so damages the body and may even lead to death.
Now we can move on to application.

Tobirama makes a bunshin and it goes short range from Tobirama. Tobirama then uses chakra sensing and hiding in mist no jutsu, then makes the tiger hand sign while sprinting behind his clone. In a split second, Tobirama shoves his Tiger hand seal finger inside his clones rectum, thus making it poof.

Well we'll let his face rest. Now perform a rear spinning low kick to his legs to send him flying like he was a leaf in the wind. This is a good set up for a lot of other Taijutsu moves or even ninjutsu later.

However, before it could even reach its destination, it fell victim to a wild Chidori, blazing in the hands of someone else on the training grounds. The clone crumbled into pieces that wafted to the ground slowly as Adachi made his way towards a rather puzzled Penguin. "That right there," he commented. "Is an useless piece of shit clone. What good is it if you can't see the tortured expressions of your victims' faces?"
Adachi chuckled, shoving his hands deep within the folds of his pocket. "I'll be taking over for Professor Shit-torabi here." With a quick handseal, he created a shadow clone, however, it was the form of Souji, a ninja from Konoha. "You're from Ame, aren't you? Well then, prepare yourself to be absolutely ruthless in every manner. Taijutsu is a brutal art, those who speak of it like a form of beauty are utterly retarded. Bones break, muscles spasm, and internal organs weep. As a rogue nin, I've seen opponents from everywhere and everyplace that perhaps you have encountered before. Amegakure is the least civilized of all the villages, so I'm sure you know of what I am speaking of." He directed a single hand at the clone. "Now, distance yourself about ten meters from him. Chirping. That is all Penguin heard before he saw a hand coated in raiton energy burst through his sensei's clone. Is that some side effect to my taijutsu? No...it can't be. But the only people out here are Sarutobi and I. As the clone crumbled, Penguin seen a familiar face, the man who taught him katon. Back then, the man wasn't so....well, blunt. He was so blunt you could smoke him. He also seemed kind of like a deviant. Not the kind that messes with other people's things or ruins a village, but someone that prided themselves on torturing others. As Adachi quit channeling chakra into the chidori, he called Sarutobi's clone a piece of shit, and that left Penguin speechless. This man really gave no ****s. It was certain to Penguin now.

In that case, you should probably stop wasting my time and the Second Hokage's. In fact, it is through Taijutsu and Kenjutsu alone that he was able to survive asides from his cheapshot FTG kunais. Besides, Water mastery? Pathetic. Everyone and their grandmas can't seem to wet themselves enough these days to satisfy their need for water." Adachi crossed his arms as another clone poofed into existence next to him, this time in the shape of Edward, the ultimate filthy casual. "The jutsu you used just now is helpful if your opponent decides to surprise you with an attack with their knee or for any solid objects that could be rising from the ground. A downwards thrust can halt the momentum of such strikes and if timed correctly, could even send the attack back where it came from.
