By the time Keji asked his question about Non-Alcoholic drinks, Souji would have downed nearly half the keg. With an obvious blush on his cheeks, he struggled to stand, swaying as he suddenly took a "Drunken Fist" stance.

"Hey... Kejiiiiiiiiiiii~, haaaaaaa...haaaa... DODGEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

Lunging at Keji, he began attacking without rhyme or reason. Souji would randomly throw an arm across like a hook, then alternate with a sloopy leg sweep, and dance like a drunken man on the dance floor. However, his attacks soon started gaining more precision as they began escalating, aiming towards Keji now, but still in said unpredictable fashion.
Hearing his drunken sense say dodge and lunge towards him Keji would begin moving his body in his own unique fluent yet unpredictable way to evade the incoming strikes (Capoeira). When Souji stopped striking Keji would grab a the glass offered to him earlier and throw it at him as a distraction. This would serve its purposes by allowing Keji to take his own drunken stance and demonstrate his version of what he had just seen.

(Drunken Fist is especially useful in dodging close-range attacks. That's one of its more popular applications in the RP, since you get to move in so many different ways!)

The glass hits Souji squarely between his eyes and he falls to the ground, unconscious.

Waking up after some time, he rubs his head. There's a red mark on his forehead.

"Ughhhh..."

Hung over, Souji groggily flops over and begins sleeping again, leaving the scroll unraveled to a certain degree for Keji to see:

( Konoha Kanransha ) - Leaf Ferris Wheel
Rank: C

Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A

Keji returns to his normal stance and proceeds to walk towards Souji with caution, in fact, he just grabs a nearby stick and drags the scroll closer to himself so he could read it from a safe distance. Reviewing the four techniques, Keji prepares to perform them but notices a note saying "No need to perform these. Instead, questions or comments on any of them?" Keji thinks for a bit then writes down his thoughts on the scroll. Rolling it back up he would throw it at Souji's head from a safe distance in case he's grouchy when woken.

~First two, are the vertical or horizontal spins?
~Last, one do your fist do slashing damage or is that only with the trench knife?

1. Vertical spins. You can gain horizontal momentum if you jump forward/up and spin towards your target.

2. The added damage only works if you use trench knives. If you use your fists, it just does the prescribed damage.

... Your descriptions are sound, and since you already have a background in martial arts, I have a proposal for you. Would you like to switch to a more discussion-based training? I will still occasionally ask you to write out more challenging techniques and give you quizzes/questions, but as a tradeoff, we can group jutsus together to make it easier/faster to get through.

What would you like to do?

Souji stirred in his sleep, turned over, and kept snoring, a big snot bubble forming in his nostrils.

Excellent. I'd hope you'd be anxious to get this done ASAP if you want to achieve your tai-related goals, so let's move along as best we can.

This technique combines offense and defense, and is visually one of my favorite taijutsus to imagine. It just sounds so elegant :)

Very useful as well; for a reference, I've placed a Legend of Korra gif down below (if you watch the show, this is during her airbending training). That's how I see this jutsu, except your arms are moving in circular, harmonious motions, "flowing" with you, as you push away incoming taijutsu, projectiles, etc.

I'd say the movements can even be used to maneuver around things, similar to Drunken Fist's capability, albeit on a less unpredictable and efficient manner.

(Shubi Kurēn) Defensive Crane
Type: Defensive/Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 30
Description: A very advanced and complex defensive form, the Defensive Crane allows the user to divert the path of incoming attacks with the back of his hands, using circular and wide movements that expand outwards. He can intercept weapons or incoming taijutsu attacks. The technique is best used when facing an opposing Taijutsu move by diverting the incoming limb to one side and combo the defensive stance with an attack, exploiting the opening created.

That Korra scene was legit lol.

Question, would this be able to deflect/redirect multiple taijutsu assaults? For example, if my opponent used a move that required several kicks and punches would this be effective against all or just one? Another question, when it comes to deflecting /redirecting weapons am I required to actually touch the person or does this allow me to simply redirect the weapon altogether?

First question, as long as the move fits within a single jutsu, you can theoretically counter it ALL with the Defensive Crane. To give yourself an even bigger advantage, counter only a few moves and attack with a follow-through. This would interrupt their combo and put you in a better position.

As for weapons, you'll usually have to be in contact with the weapon to push or redirect it. You can argue for a more subtle maneuver that allows you to dodge the weapon "Matrix" style, but your wording would have to be very precise with that.

Apologies for the late reply!

Three simple techniques. Questions on any of these?
(Appākatto) Uppercut
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user strikes the enemy with a powerful rising uppercut, sending him hurling backwards.
(Daburufisuto) Double Fist
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user punches the target with both fist into the chest with enough force to knock him down or send him flying backwards.
(Tsumazuki Tātoru) Stumbling Turtle
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user kicks the enemy in the knee, causing him to stumble in his movement and fall to the earth. If used with a chakra enhanced kick, the user can break the leg of the enemy with this.

Alright. The last two C-ranks! The first one is a suplex combination. Once you perform the suplex, you hold on and place your legs on their back, then 'springing' off and pushing them away.

Leaf Downwards Crash is a leg sweep that transitions into a squat to a double kick into the chest.

(Tomoenage) Monkey Flip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user grabs the enemy by his shirt and falls backwards, using his weight to produce all the momentum. The user will put one or both of his legs into the targets body, extending them in the correct moment, propelling the enemy backwards, upside down across the battle field.
(Rīfu Shitamuki) Leaf Downwards Crash
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user swings low and performs a leg sweep. As he causes the enemy to fall, he jumps upwards and draws his legs in his chest, and then extends them swiftly, stomping him in the chest with great force.

Do you want me to perform those or just ask like before? If the second I have no questions and that monkey flip is brutal.

No need to perform unless I request it :)

Alright, for this next set, I want you to imagine a scenario where I use Leaf Great Violent Sky to attack you. Say you decide to counter with Intersection method. In your opinion, when would be the best time to counter during the combination, and why? After that, what would you follow-up with?

(Konoha Dairetsukū) – Leaf Great Violent Sky
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user runs at the opponent, then kicking them into the stomach, following up with a spinning kick to the chest and punching multiple times to the upper body then follows up with a punch hitting the opponent into the sky. Once in the Air the user performs a spinning kick hitting the opponent into the ground where finally, they poses by raising their arms and bringing their legs together.
(Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method
Rank: B
Type: Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone.

I personally would use it on the first(if it is a side kick) or the second spinning kick. Reason being with either it would stop the combination by snapping the aggressors leg in half. I would also be specific with what bones I target in order to make sure I break things that can't be overcome by adrenaline such as the knee middle of the shin or thigh. If you wanted you could also intersect during the punch but I would still aim for specific places like elbow, forearm, and hand.

My follow-up would be dependent on my situation but seeing as we are training in tai I would probably counter with a move that would send the user away and create some distance or option two use tai that would capitalize on whichever limb I dismember.

Personally, I think intersecting during the kicks is better, because it throws off your opponent's center of balance. It's easier to counter something if you have both feet available for movement versus if you only had one xd

Intersection method only works on taijutsu up to B-rank, so keep that in mind. Anything stronger won't be able to be restrained. Of course, if you reasoned it out well enough, you might be able to win an argument if it ever happened.

Four techs here. First one is a straightforward combination.

Second jutsu is like Captain Falcon's side smash in Super Smash Bros (a good visual reference if you've played the games xd)

Third is a lateral kick.

Fourth SHOULD be classified as a Raiton jutsu, in my opinion, but it has the equivalent strength of a B-rank lightning technique due to its description. A good way to stop Earth.

(Raikou Boruto) – Lightning Bolter
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user punches the opponent twice with their fist. The second launches them high into the air. The user then jumps above them and punches them back down. Then, the user disables the opponent with large shuriken from above, then lands several powerful blows while spinning like a drill, drilling the opponent into the ground.
(Konoha Kaiganshō) - Leaf Rock Destroying Rise
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: short - mid
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: A taijutsu technique where the user smashes their elbow into their opponent using the other arm as support. It deals a powerful blow to the target and as the name suggests, is even strong enough to destroy rock formations.
(Konoha Daisenkō) - Leaf Great Flash
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Charka cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: Similar to Tsunade’s Sky leg but the user user charges at their opponent and unleashes a powerful lateral kick aiming at the head that will send their opponent flying away.
(Raijin) - Zeus
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will strike the target into the air with a lightning infused uppercutting palm attack.

Loved smash bro lol and I agree the last one should be classified as raiton if it has elemental nature added to it but none the less I understand all.

This one can be summarized by the last sentence xd

(Konoha Gōriki Senpū ) - Leaf Strong Whirlwind
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 40
Description: A taijutsu using a combination of speed and power. The essence of this technique is concentrated in a spinning back kick, with such speed that makes it hard to follow the user's movement, smashing his enemy with overwhelming strength. This is a more Powerful leaf great whirlwind.
Then, we have this jutsu, which turns weapons into chakra-enhanced versions of themselves, similar to Asuma's chakra knives. It's a combination of 18 hits, so you have a lot of flexibility in determining how those hits play out.

(Hien) - Flying Swallow
Rank:B
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: An addition-line technique that augments the killing power of a blade like a kunai or sword by flowing chakra into it. The materialised chakra is shaped like a blade, cutting up everything it touches. It is also possible to alter the attack range of the weapon by adjusting the amount of chakra put into the blade. Seeing through the movements is said to be a Herculean task. The density of the chakra is so high it becomes visible. It not only raises the power of the weapon, but simultaneously turns oneself into a blade as well. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron (C rank or below). The user slashes then in a fury of punches of a 18 hit combo.

These are both pretty simple especially the first lol and for the second if my training is any indication I can get quite creative ^^

This set of four are all relatively simple, so I don't think we need to go over each and every one of them xd

I like the first and the second but I would say that the first would be the most useful. The first from the description makes it seem like the transition in kicks is almost instantaneous.

The last three B-ranks are more combos.

1. Leaf Gust is a ranked counter to a free-form jutsu.

2. Leaf Combo is a bunch of punches ending with a downward palm strike to the ground.

3. Leaf Rising Cyclone is a spinning back fist to an alternating kick.

Why don't you write these out as if you were in a fight, if you would?

( Konoha Toppū ) - Leaf Gust
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 40
Description:
Using simple, yet effective movement when performing a counter attack or a freeform hand attack, the user will manage to spin rapidly and performs a strong rotative high kick to hit the opponent. The technique can be triggered in many ways and more than one kick can be delivered if the user manages to gather enough momentum.
(Rīfukonbo) Leaf Combo
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user performs a small combo where he starts by punching the enemy in the chest and then a punch to the gut, and then a powerful palm thrust, pushing him down to the earth.
(Rīfu Jōshō Saikuron) Leaf Rising Cyclone
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: Spinning on his foot, the user strikes the enemy with a strong back-fist, followed by a kick with the alternating leg to force him away.
