Makarov takes a deep breath,regaining some energy and focusing lightning chakra in his legs,making his legs glow and several nearby rocks and ground slowly deteriorated and began to tear to pieces.Makarov run at the kankuro clone with blinding velocity and appeard behind him so fast,that the clone couldn't even react.Without a moment of thought,he kicked the clone,discharging the lightning chakra and numbing the clone.The clone that was now paralized and unable to move,was defenseless,however makarvo took the opportunity and jumped at the clone,delivering many rotating kicks that connected and knocked the clone off balance.Makarov then proceed to perform various over house kicks that hit the upper part of kankuro's body and then started delivering powerful legs sweeps that hit kankuro in the stomach,making him cough blood.The kicks happened so fast and with such power,that the clone could barely tell what was happening.Now in the air,the clone still paralyzed,Makarov gets atop of him,decided he would deal the final blow.Focusing more chakra in his legs that before,which made his legs glow even more,he performed a hammer kick on the clone that looked like kankuro's shoulder and sent him crashing down,hitting the ground violently,creating a huge crater where the clone's body lied,though it poofed after a second.

Makarov took a deep breath and charged an amount of fire chakra so profoundly high that it became to tear the very fabric of the earth he was standing on.Makarov's elbows,knees and legs started to glow.Then,Makarov rushed at the clone and jumped up at him,connecting two knee strikes to the clone's stomach slightly knocking them up into the air and then delivered two strikes to the face with his elbows and to finish him off,makarov performed a hi-kick to the throat of the clone,causing his throat to collapse on him,making it really hard for him to breath as he is still in pain for the burnings caused by each strike.

Anyway,i remember that the akimichi clan is a clan in the fire country,more precisly in the village of konohagakure.They have good connections with two other clans,the nara and yamanaka.Shikaku,choza and ino´s dad(never could remember his name xd) have been a trio for some time and now their kids,shimakaru,chouji and ino are the second generation of the same trio,that is called ino-shika-cho(not sure if it was like that but meh >.>)
Regarding their abilities,akamichi are able to convert calories to chakra.Thats why they are constantly eating(xd).Also,by using the mentioned method,they can use techniques like multi-size jutsu but this techniques consume the chakra too fast,which is why they don´t use them for long periods of time.
Now,there are the àkimichi pills,also known as the " Three Colored Pills" that are completly secret medicine only used by the akimichi clan.There are only three colours of pills.Green,yellow and red.Each pill gives the user(or eater in this case?
) a great power boost by transforming the body's fat reserves into chakra.The red pills is even said to be able to boost the user/eater´s power X100.However,all great power has a drwaback.The pills´s drawback is that they damage the eater/user´s body and poison it.In fact,its said that if you eat the red pill,you die.However,chouji survived thanks to nara´s research on the akimichi and their pills and obviously,thanks to tsunade.Thats pretty much all i remember O_O
