*I start dashing toward the dummy. I soon pick up a lot of speed. As i near the dummy i dip down. As i dip down I force my right leg up which causes slight unbalance so I place my left hand on the ground to balance me out. My leg then speeds into the dummies chin sending him flying upwards.*

*As the dummy is sent flying I stand back up waiting for it to get back to eye level. When it comes into range I thrust my hand into the dummies stomach. I then apply more force downward sending the dummy into the floor.*

I begin by bending arm so that my hand is touching my chest and my elbow is sticking out. I place my free hand on my fist and using my hand to force my elbow into the log. The first couple of times I do it, it sends some pain up my arm but after awhile I get used to the pain. At the halfway mark my elbow starts to trickle blood due to the bark on the log cutting into my elbow. Towards the end my arm starts to get weak from the repeated blows, knowing i have to finish I gather up my remaining strength to finish off all 500 of the elbow thrusts. Once I've done them all I let my arms hang limp at my side.​

Every inch of my body is burning from the extreme muscle use. Bruises have have appeared at the places Ive used to hit with. The cuts have started to scab over. My heartbeat is slightly elevated due to blood rushing to the affected areas. My lungs are burning due to mass intake of air need to circulate in my body.

I get done into the ready postion, with my left leg stretched out behind me, my right knee bent. My hands are placed down placed on the ground in front of me. My body is tensed waiting for an imaginary whistle to go off. As the whistle goes off in my head I use all the muscles in my legs to launch myself forward. I pump my arms back and forth to increase my speed even more. As I complete the first lap I notice the logs scattered over the course. As i near one using the momentum I push off with my left foot so that my body starts to spin then using my right leg I swing it to turn my body around. My right leg breaks though the log. I land on the ground facing the same way I had started out and without breaking stride i keep running. After I've completed half the laps my pace is slowed and my breathing has quickened. Seeing another log come into view, I push off with my right leg using my left leg to spin completely around with my left leg breaking the log. This time when I land there's a slight hesitation of when I land and when I pick back up running. On the final lap my breathing is heavy and my pace is 1/3 of what i start out at. As the last log comes into I push off with my right leg using my left leg to spin around breaking the log. When I land there is a pause from when I land and when I pick back up running. When I have finished all the laps I pass out and land on my back facing upwards.​

Now keep running.
Preform knee ups 1000 times then..
place your hands out and do another 500 knees up while hitting your hands.

Gotta strengthen those muscles.

After the run I keep my legs pumping. I then start to run in place. I then raise one knew above the other one. I bring that knee back down and bring the other one up. After I've did half of the knee ups, my legs start to burn slightly and my breathe picks up. As I complete the last one I know i still have another set to do. With out stopping I hold out my hands, palms down. I continue the knee ups but this time i bring them up and hit my palms with my knees. After doing half of this set my legs are burning, almost like they're on fire and the bottom of my palms are starting to get sore. As I complete the last one my legs go completely numb and I lose my legs out from under me. My hands have become sore and I can't even close them.​

I begin by widening my stance by sweeping my left leg backwards so that it is slight behind and to the side of my right foot, making me turn slight sideways. This does two things it turns me slight sideways making me less of a target and it gives me better balance. I then hold my hand out straight with my plan outwards. While my other arm is tucked in to my side, my hand clenched in a fist​

Im not extremely knowledgeable on stances >_<

Clone runs at you with high speeds, last second he drops to the ground preforming a sweeping kick with his left leg.

As your clone rushes toward me I ready myself for your attach. I see your clone drop down and start to swing his leg. As he does I lift my right foot. As his leg passes under my foot I slam my foot in his leg pinning it to the ground. As I pin his leg I spin on that foot swing my right foot catching the clone in the side of the head.​

As the clones leg is pinned, the clone sees the leg spinning around to his. the clone brinsg his head aas low as possible as the foot go overs his head. By using the unpinned leg, he pulls it back then kicks you in the leg of the one pinning down his leg. Directly in the knee.

As I feel my foot sail over your head I immediately stop it from going any farther. I then bring the foot down at an angle catching the clone in the back of the head before he can kick me in the knee.​

With the momentum of that foot , it would be really hard to stop it and then bring it back around to nail my clone.

Well i was going by that it wouldn't have full power due to me standing on your leg so I wouldn't be stable. But Tai is my weakness :shy:


I take the weights and strap them to my arms. Immediately due to the extra weight my arms fall to my sides. And the weights start to stress my shoulder muscles.
