With the weights strapped to my arms I begin doing jumping jacks. The first jumping jack is done slowly due to the weights pulling my arms down. After I do twenty jumping jacks the weights seem to get lighter due to getting accustomed to wearing them. At the half way mark my arms start to burn due to the stress the weights put on them. After I do seventy five of them my arms start to move slower. As I finish the last one my arms fall limp at my side, my muscles burning.
