*From my seated position, I place my palms face down on the ground, shoulder width apart. I then extend my legs behind me, keeping my toes together balancing on my toes. I then bend my arms so that they form rights angles. I push back up so that my arms are straight once more.*

*With only 50 more to good I dig down real deep and find an extra burst of strength. With this extra burst of strength I place one hand behind my band and use the other hand to balance on as i do the last 50 one handed*
