* Description:If water can be sensed on the opponent's skin or clothing the user can freeze the water slowly down or possibly disabling the part of the body until the ice is thawed/destroyed.

to slow down enemies/disable parts of the body by freezing the rain... this also would slow down your wings so you couldn't fly properly

i then use

(Touketsu Yuka no Jutsu)-Frozen Floor

* Description:- Freezes the ground, causing others to loose balance and speed. User feels no change. The user must plant their hands upon the ground for this to work as physical contact is needed.

Description:Traps user in an illusion were they first think that theresucked into he ground to houlder height and then they see butter flies but they are really paper bombs that explode once the user puts the main seal on the enemies head.


then i use: Raiton Ribon Tegotea no jutsu (Ribbon effect)
This jutsu is activated when it rains, the lightning spreads itself through the rain, and hits the opponent from multiple directions
