Hey guys, i was just wondering if anyone could give me some helpful tactics for Ultimate ninja storm 2 (online). I keep getting thumped against deidara, itachi and the puppet users. I do my best to stay away from them and disrupt their style using shuriken and chakra shuriken but they keep beating me. Would appreciate help. Also could anyone advise me on what teams to use. Thanks.

alright
1 never chakra dash towards your opponent leave a big opening for ultamite jutsu
2 always try to get half your support bar up and use your supports to string together attacks leading to even Uj
3 spam like hell when a person grabs you sub and use rasengan
whne you block someones attack use rasengan
when opponent is paying attention use rasengan
4 dont use melle attacks leaves a big opening for anything
5 dont rely on awakenings unless it the absolute last minute
6 never use your Uj unless a sure hit if you mess up you leave a big opening
7 learn how to substitute perfect subs means perfect win
8 finally dont use newb characters i prefer minato and itachi

Using Sasuke: true spear against Dedara is perfect because of his chakra shuriken, he can cancel just about all of his moves ( Heh....Irony). Against Itachi, you just have to practice with a charachter you are used to at dodging fireballs, because lets face it 90 percent of Itachi users spam firebal.....AND THAT'S IT. I personally use true spear again, to mach his abilities. Against puppet masters.......nothing special you can do, they're just that gay. Against Sasori, Kirin works because his jutsu are too slow. Kankuro.....you just don't see too many of them so don't worry about it. Chio will just juggle you infinately and drain your chakra, so avoid getting hit. Hint: When using True Spear, use your ST when they chakra dash at you, theres almost no escape.

Normally works unless faced with Chidori or lightning blade.
Oh, and for the love of god......do not spam at the end, it's an open invitation to hit you with a Team secret tekneque. Trust me, I exploit spammers all the time.

Stop trolling if you don't have anything useful to say.
Fighting against Deidara spammers is VERY simple.
- Dodge Deidara's attacks. They are NOT hard to dodge, and should be easy with a little practice.
- Have long range team-mates that can cancel his combos while you dodge (eg. Itachi / Sasuke / Kakuzu)
- Play as Kirin Sasuke, and every time Deidara starts to spam, whip out your ultimate jutsu.
- Dodging Diedra's U1 jutsu is all about timing.
- Diedra spammer = very easy win.
Against Itachi -
- Against a very skilled Itachi, your best bet would be to use Itachi yourself. Because if you're playing as any other character, and the opponent Itachi awakens into Susano, you'll probably get thumped unless you subst-spam. Why Itachi? Because of his tilt attack. You can fly through your opponent without taking ANY damage, and block any amterasu's he fires. It sounds tricky, but in reality is VERY easy.
- Learn to combo with the help of your teammates.
Against Puppet Users -
- Again very easy lol. Pick a short ranged character, and stay close. Prefereable someone with a rasengan/chidori. Don't get grabbed, and whenever the enemy uses his/her jutsu, it says the jutsu on your screen.
The only real problem here is the Itachi users, some are quite hard to beat if you aren't playing as Itachi yourself. Hope this helps, sorry for the long post.

That does not always work. At a distance, if you are trying to dodge Diedra's U1 jutsu and press X + any direction you WILL get hit. That's probably the only exception, but most of the attacks you will dodge.
Agreed with Dedara. Against Susano'o though, fire ball works too, because most people forget to block.....huh....good times. With puppet masters, the only one that is still a pain is Chiyo. hard to get close to her, I've tried.
