Start building up some amount of your newly fuuton chakra then perform the required hand seal and release it out to create a gust of wind with added sand from the environment therefore it is capable of throwing away objects toward your target.

*i start to gather my fuuton chakra.. then i start by releasing and shooting the wind out from my mouth. and then as i shoot the wind it starts to collect all the sand and dust from the ground and then i starts turning into wind+sand and deflect and defends my from the kunais.*

you can't turn the wind into wind+sand <_< the wind will automatically pick the sand up.

Again, build up some amount of your fuuton chakra again then by focusing on the amount of fuuton chakra you have, clap your hand and release the amount of fuuton chakra out to create a strong gust of wind which is capable of pushing or blowing your target away and it can be also be used by combining with weapon like kunai to increase their speed.
