* I focus and concentrate a lot of doton chakra. After 2 minutes of concentrating a lot of doton chakra, I then equally spread them around my body, careful not to make 1 part un-equal. After focusing all the amount I gathered to my other body parts, I then utilize it to make me merge with the ground. While I'm doing that, I think of becoming one with the earth. I then fully merge with the ground with out a single crack in the ground*
