syncing sasuke with gedo maze...?

hey, i saw some people posting that "tobi's" plan is to sync sasuke with gedo maze. i remember him saying something like that, but what would that mean for sasuke?
does "tobi" want sasuke to get the rinnegan, so he would be able to summon gedo maze? - though i am not sure if i would like that to happen...

The only problem with this is that I'm pretty sure Tobi talked about syncronising Sasuke with gedo mazo long before he found out that Kabuto could revive Madara via ET.

Yea idk why tobi didnt use the rinnegan himself to revive madara, I guess he wanted to use nagato as a pawn to do his dirty work, but if sasuke were to awaken rinnegan it would probably take sum time

Maybe after hearing Nagato died after using rinne tensei he had second thoughts about using it himself I know if I was Tobi I would be saying f*** that find your own way of being revived Madara lol.

maybe it's his last try before saying that ^^. since tobi seems to know a lot about sharingan and the sage etc. he could have known that you die after using rinne tensei. thats why he wanted nagato to use it the first place... maybe. then he found sasuke and wants to try it again.
but tobi seems to fail in controlling his puppets

Thats true but I don't think he Knows as much about the rinnegan as we think he does, as I don't think its for certain that you die after using it. I think Nagato only died since he was so low on chakra at the time even Konan stated when he used it that he didn't have enough chakra to use it and survive. So maybe Tobi is now under that assumption thet the user dies as a result of using it idk its just a guess the last part was just humor lol.
