Darth Nihilus was a regular sized man with a stocky build just like a regular shinobi. A dark, coat covers his entire body leaving no visible skin on his body, His coat covers his entire body apart from his face, his face was covered by a White mask with Red stripes going down the eye holes with the eye holes being pitch black with no visibility within what so ever.

Darth Nihilus was a man who always craved greater power. However, unlike most shinobi, he cared very little for the his opponents an swears to destroy them at all costs. Nihilus saw death as the sole purpose of life, and power as the means to achieve it. He was cautious, as his actions during the campaign against other villages showed, and was known as an aggressive, dominant figure who would not abide a threat to his power.

The beginning
Nihilus was born in the land of Iron under one of the leading chief's of the samurai order of the age, he was believed to be a prodigy at a very young age showing skills in both his Kenjutsu and his Taijutsu abilities, but being the son of a great chief he often felt pressured and terrified of failing and tainting his families great name. When Nihilus turned of age he was told of what his clan's name truly meant, the meaning behind the Yakuza. It took some time for him to understand but he finally began to understand.
That Fated Night
One cold night, Nihilus slept uneasy in the night with the hours passing by, Nihilus heard a loud sound, the sound of two swords clashing together he quickly darted up from his slumber with sweat coming down his forehead he quickly got up and darted down the corridor to his parent's room once he opened the door Nihilus saw his father be run through by a blade from a man with a Kumogakure head band, fueled by rage and sadness Nihilus seized a nearby sword on his right and quickly dashed at the man clashing with him, the two continued to fight with only his rage fueling him they continued to parry each other until the man outwitted Nihilus and struck down on his shoulder leaving him wounded and un-capable of carrying on the man saw no need to kill the young teen and quickly darted off into the night. Wounded and bleeding Nihilus struggled to pull himself across the floor to his dieing father who layed there staring at him, he looked at his son and signalled him to come in closer, Nihilus did as instructed and hovered his ear above his father's lip's, his father spoke saying to seek out a man named Ulquiorra of Kirigakure, there he will teach him the ways of his clan and thus Nihilus fled his home in search of this man.
