Due to Sylar’s training with Rock Lee (a EIG Master on NB), he was able to increase his speed to the point that he can perform speedy decapitations. His speed now rivals that on Rock Lee without the weights (but nowhere near that of Lee with the Gates open). It took three years of training to increase his speed to the point that it is that great compared to before. And after training was over, he killed Lee.:|
Murder:
As this IS Sylar and he IS a Kaguya, it’s common sense for Sylar to be in the murder business and business is good.:| His favorite style is killing is decapitation, where he cuts the head off old-fashionably and keeps the heads in his house in the mist village.
Lightning:
Sylar is extremely dangerous with lightning. Even more dangerous than him by himself, if possible. I mean, he’s so deadly that he makes deadly people look not deadly. O_O But seriously, he’s that good with it. After killing multiple people with lightning style, he began to love it for it’s destructive power behind it. He began to crave the power so much that he let Orochimaru experiment on him to increase his skill with it. But those experiments did not work out as hoped so Sylar left.

Sylar Kaguya was born in the Mist village as the child to two of the craziest Sons-of-bi***es you have ever known: Ozzy Ozbourne and Britney Spears.
With parents like these, he had no other choice but to end up F*ed up. He grew up eternally embarrassed because one parent always had a bald fade up top... and below while the other ate bats for brunch. Sylar then-

Sylar after murdering his parents went on to leave his village for a few months to murder more people. Upon his arrival, he met the rest of his clan who were likewise crazed murderers with the intent to continuously murder people for no reason. He then he met this person telling his story to people and Sylar then murdered him. The End.
But I don’t remember you murdering a guy telling your story...
