this is used in so many ways and variations its a biulding block for a-rank manipulation

This is broken down into three steps

Okay from water walking and tree climbing you elarn two things,
1) how to control your chakra and gather it in certain areas (tree)
2) constant expulsion of chakra to create a uniform flow (water)

Now I want you to ecpel chakra into the water baloow, and then make it spin so that the the water baloon pops. Since we are speeding through this I'll tell you the trick. make the water spin in multiple directions at once, this will create chaos inside the baloon and pop it

Throws nero a rubber ball.

now this is much harder. you will pop this much denser rubber ball, with nothing but your chakra. Try using two hands to increase chakra expulsion and increased multidirectional rotation

great ^-^ now I want you to combine the two and di it inside of this normal air filled baloon. only this time I do not want the balloon to pop. Contain the rasengan inside the balloon

Nice.... but I'm not satisfied. lets spice it up. inject wind chakra instead of normal chakra. now this will require even more concentration because allong with, spin, shape, and form of the rasengan, you also have to "sharpen" the wind chakra like you were taught when you first learned wind. so this adds a 4th dimension, but I have the upmost confidense in you ^-^

So I see you have 3 senseis going on at once. great multitasking
