my one ranked from 1 to 5 and 1 as being the lowest and 5 as being the bast would be:
1 land of lightning
2 land of water
3 land of fire
4 land of earth
5 land of air

for me the swords are good but the users are not up to standard

bah the armored samurai are like chunin,samurai officer are jonin, Okisuke & Urakaku are like ANBU or something and Mifune is like a kage

If it was a fight sword against sword, they would have the upper hand

Mifune is undoubtedly strong , his bodyguard are most probably strong
The others only fought against Sasuke witch is kind of an unfair match up... so we have no real ideas of their power, I based my theory of their strength mainly on this
