Freeform with a bow and sword is my main bio's specialty. I'm also a 3rd Dan in Kendo, so I know enough about swords XD.
Alright, so Kenjutsu (literally, "sword technique") is a form of CqC in which the user uses a bladed weapon to combat the opponent. I myself carry two single handed blades, and two tanto, small blades. There are many variations of this art, though the most prominent of them is probably the Cloud Style Kenjutsu, used exclusively by the hidden cloud. It is explicitly trained there and is generally used in assassinations and not in actual mano a mano combat situations. There are then the multiple common types of kenjutsu used outside of specific villages, such as usage of the tanto, usage of a Katana Longsword, and the occasional dual wielding of single handed blades. These can also be Katana typed blades, like mine, but a user requires a large amount of physical strength to use one with each hand. They are indeed designed for a two handed swordsman. There is also samurai kenjutsu, used by men from the land of iron. They are usually credited with it's formal invention, but due to the addition of chakra based techniques to the arsenal of ninja kenjutsu users, have fallen behind in form of combat based kenjutsu. This doesn't mean it is weak by any means, as they are technically the most specialized people in the art. They also are able to use Iaido, the art of the quick draw of the sword. In general, Kenjutsu is a versatile art.

I begin to clap slowly as the artificial tear I placed on my eye began to flow down my cheek, to then fall off my chin. That was great, and hopefully if your knowledge of kenjutsu is as vast as it is then I can probably learn something from you too in terms of wording and what not. This training will consist primarily with you either demonstrating the techniques or using the template provided below in response to my directions. Lets try both methods out on the same technique.

(Sword Slashing Technique)
Counter:Move out of short range, an earth pillar to hit a sword out of the way, really any thing to block the sword.
Adv.~Fast, and rather descriptive. This WILL kill an enemy on a direct hit unless they go all, aizen one finger catch bullshit.
Dis.~Easily countered, and short ranged.
Kirito, rushed by a clone, finds himself in a very simple situation. The clone chambers it's right arm, preparing a punch obviously. As soon as it is in range, Kirito quickly draws his sword from his back with both hands, bringing the base of it's handle down on top of the man's wrist, breaking it, as well as pushing his arm downwards as he throws the punch. Using this same momentum, he follow through with a downwards swing. He then rotates to the left, delivering a horizontal slice. As his spin ends, Kirito falls onto one knee, swinging his blade upwards with a single hand, along the right side of the clone's body, causing a gash to spurt blood. The clone then disperses.
I've been roleplaying on a bleach site, my swordplay is unmatched XD

It was cool I guess, but from now on through on out the performance let me know the intended body target when performing strikes like you did at the last bit to disperse the clone. >_>
Throwing two kunai while leaping backwards, I wave a hand seal upon landing summoning two clones, one before you, and the other behind. The clones rush you simultaneously where they will then perform a series of consecutive strikes, alternating with each hit.
Simple yet effective if you think about it. You toss around your opponent with a few punches at first and then end the onslaught with two sword strikes. This can be a great tai counter.
Spin like a top with your short sword slashing the target several times. This can be quite risky for an inexperienced shinobi because of that spinning motion distorting ones vision somewhat.
