I'd ask you what swift is, but that'd be stupid since I'm the one teaching you about it.
Swift is the combination of wind and lightning used together in the form of a kg that works in such a way that it allows you to speed up objects you charge it including yourself. Swift release can be used to speed yourself up mainly as infusing it into objects is only allowed through cj's. The user can become extremely fast under swift release however only in short bursts for a matter of seconds, but at their speed, a few seconds is all it takes to over power most opponents. Swift release is capable of easily over powering most basic taijutsu users to even having the ability to over power specialists and match others that can go beyond. You gain a great way of combating those with advanced speed and more. The disadvantages of swift is earth techniques that alter the ground can make running on it difficult, but that's why the A rank shadowless flight allows you to fly. Any questions about the element?

I start by gathering chakra, molding it's nature to wind as I start to concentrate on then nature of lightning as well, and begin to infuse the molded wind chakra with lightning, focusing the fused chakra together thru out my entire body...
aaand it's swift chakra. Don't ask, I can just tell. Now, onto the important stuff.
Perform: Use your new found power. Form the boar handseal, use it to channel your chakra throughout your body to move throughout short range with quick speed. According to the speed chart I think it's +15 lvls, raikage was 25 I think, so you're not too far from that.
Question:
If someone throws a lightning enhanced kunai at you, how would you defend with this?
If you want to attack someone charging at you when they get into close range, how would you when using this?
Can be said as short as you want.

Well for question 1, I would either use my swift chakra to sidestep the kunai, perhaps even swiftly move and slap it away from the side, and question 2, I would either dodge their attack, or use the swift chakra to get to them first, before they can complete their attack
In a taijutsu aspect, it's better to not "only" dodge" as they can just use your own momentum against you/the force of your actions + your body weight in that action. It's best to strike them head on in areas where they aren't guarded as you dodge/side step instead of just moving around them and that only. Good taijutsu usage + swift release = great usage of the element and great moves. One good thing if their charging at you, is to use their own momentum and body weight against them. If they're charging at you, use calm fluid movement to over power them, taking control of their momentum and body weight as they'll be putting their body weight into each step, and if their charging at you, their throwing all of it into their strike. So, take advantage of them by using their openings as they do the strike and you'll be using their entire move against them. If you control their center body weight, you control them. Any questions?

As my opponent begins rushing towards me, I gather and mold my swift chakra while performing the boar handseal infusing it thru out my body, flashing towards him and hitting him right fisted in the gut before he can get close enough to attack, his momentum carrying him forwards only adding to the intensity of the punch and adding force to my blow...

I wouldn't use this technique much in a serious fight honestly as it's contradicting in it's own description of it's usage.

Been using swift for nearly 4 years, doesn't make any sense.
Buuut it is useful for finding openings and buying time for your next attack as you move around the opponent.
It's kind of cool tho, reminds me of haku's ice mirrors, only on the ground surrounding the opponent and after images instead of mirrors.
To get technical tho
You have to move much faster than 200 mph to be faster than the human eyes. But can you move fast enough so that the eye won't perceive you? is the question as that's how after images are created. You don't have to move faster than the speed of light to achieve this - only fast enough so that you're moving faster than the eye's response time.
So, lets say you are staring straight ahead, and a 0.25 meter wide person runs past. If they can move that 0.25 meter in 1 millisec, then they will effectively be "invisible". Or about 250 m/s. Then, by the time your eye catches up, the person has moved aready, so there is no overlap.
and
1 mile = 1609.344 meters
1 hour = 3600 seconds
First we find out how many meters per hour:
(250 meters / 1 second) * (3600 seconds / 3600 seconds)
900,000 meters seconds / 3600 seconds^2
900,000 meters / 3600 seconds
900,000 meters / 1 hour
Convert our total meters into miles:
900,000 meters * (1 mile / 1609.344 meters) = 559.235 miles
Therefore 250 meters/sec = 559.235 miles/hour
so if something moved at 559.235 miles/hour, or faster, it would be faster than your eye can perceive unless they saw it coming to or from, like a vehicle on a road or in the air.

Description:
The user will do the Boar handseal and disappear in a flash of speed. As he moves around the target, his immense speed creates afterimages that can effectively be confused with clones. The user needs to move in a circular or spherical pattern around the enemy to produce the effect. The afterimages will all mirror the movement of eachother which is the movement the user is doing himself. A very useful distraction, the technique can produce up to 9 copies of the user and unless the user has a doujutsu or a sensory ability, he won't be able to tell the difference between each afterimage. Although perfectly visible, the images flicker slightly and are to some extent translucent, not being easily confused with clones. While the target is distracted the user can attack with weapons or taijutsu. Although the enemy will see the user moving to attack, he won't be able to notice which afterimage is going to attack.
What this technique is, is charging your body with swift chakra, running around opponent creating after images, and then striking as you use the images to confuse the opponent. like using taijutsu and genjutsu in unison. Try it out

I gather and mold my swift chakra while performing the boar hand seal, and begin to encircle them moving at great speeds, so fast that afterimages of me appear all around them. As they are confused by which one is the real me, I flash in from the side and deliver a kidney punch that smashes their insides and makes them collapse, writhing in pain and unable to continue on...

I gather and mold my swift chakra as my enemy draws close, launching a brutally strong heel attack from above as I perform the boar seal, and quickly I dash out of the way as their foot slams the ground hitting nothing, as I move around them reappearing at their side kneeing them in the gut upwards into the air, as I dash thru the air from multiple angles assaulting them with blow after blow from all around, and I finish off with a powerful spinning right crescent kick in mid air sending them flying off into loserville....

Send swift release throughout your body and release it to spin at hyper speed as you release ninja tools such as kunai's from your body, covering the area around you with ninja tools. There isn't really a limit on the tools. tazmania devil from loony toons with ninja tools.
