Sasuke will be stronger than his brother in his own regard, itachi himself said sasuke had that potential years ago. And susanoo differs just as much as the the shape the mangekyo takes in the eye so it's not shocking to see sasuke have a different susanoo than itachi.

Not true, sasuke's hate is his driving force, that's what makes sasuke such a pain in the ass to deal with because he WILL NOT stop until he's either dead or has accomplished his goals. And other than susanoo, sasuke has surpassed itachi in my opinon, not to mention we dont know what he can do with his susanoo now so he could've already surpassed itachi in that as well.
