Well his chakra became quite compatible with the sharingan. It may not be as potent as an actual uchiha but by the end of the manga his chakra was quite compatible, so I don't see any reason why he can't have a susanoo after awakening it, a dumbed down version at least.
Tbh, blind Madara pulling a Susanoo was one of the greatest if not the greatest asspull from Kishi and if someone ever asks him about it, I am sure all he'd come up with will be shitty logic.

No matter what anyone tells you, it was a huge asspull that required an explanation to be formed by the fans after the fact, which is the literal worst way of presenting an ability in a fictional work.

Kishi forgot to give Hinata's kids the Byakugan. It's extremely safe to say he simply forgot that Madara wasn't supposed to have eyes, or EMS powers at the time.

It's obvious Kishimoto slipped again. If that wasn't enough, he topped off the stupidity by giving Kakashi a PS.

He won't get a dumbed down version if he no longer has the uchiha chakra in him, so no,it was'nt an asspull as itachi used it while blind, its the same thing dude, if that's the case, itachi using it is also an asspull
