Susanoo is unlocked when the user has two MS abilities, one in each eye resulting in the third final power being unlocked Susanoo. Susanoo once unlocked is actually not a sharingan power anymore(No eyes needed), its literally the users will manifest. This was proved when eyeless madara used susanoo. Think of it like this, when the two MS powers/chakra mix in the brain it results in the third power(Susanoo) being unlocked, however unlike the other two only the users will is required to manifest this ability. This being said i believe eyes are required to form/stabilize perfect susanoo, i could be wrong however this is my opinion.

I would assume so because Amaterasu is a technique itself that both Itachi and Sasuke have, but Kagutsuchi which removes the flames, is a technique only known to Sasuke.

No, it's still a Mangekyou Sharingan technique, it just doesn't require eye contact, therefore you don't need eyes. It's similar to how Madara was able to use the Six Paths without a Rinnegan.

Its already mangafact Sasuke cast the flames with his left eye and controls them with his right eye, or vice versa lol

The first half of what you said is wrong. Susanoo is given only if 2 conditions are met. Really strong chakra and double Mangekyo. Obito never had Susanoo because he unlocked his MS until after he gave his eye to Itachi. Furthermore, Madara, Itachi and Sasuke are the only ones to have it because their chakra was far superior to the rest of the Uchiha.

I believe you need to know the techniques of your two eyes to unlock Susanoo, just like an "achievement" of sorts, but after it you could use it at whim (wich explains how Madara and Itachi could do it while blind)

The way i see it is madara never sacrificed his real eyes to come back to life, only Endo eyes. He was able to use susanoo through his eyes even though they weren't in his body at the time. His wisdom of battle allowes him to know how to do things like this. (My opinion)

Sasuke's susanoo was empowered with his Rinnegan(Rikudou Chakra), thats why it was immune to the light of mugen tsukuyomi.
