Ok so it is stated that this power is for uchihas that awakened ms in both eyes, so possibily all uchihas that awakened ms have susanoo in common, but the other ms powers are different,thus making susanoo common to every ms user jus like fire jutsu is the uchihas signature element.
so what i want to know if susanoo is for ppl who awakened ms in both eyes,
is there or was there uchihas who awakened ms in only one eye??????????

As long as the MS user has Tsukoyomi and Amaterasu they should have Susanoo also

I'm also somewhat perplexed; when and where has Sasuke ever used Tsukuyomi in an indubitable manner? He has never announced it's usage like he does with all of his other Mangekyō techniques. I therefore reason that Sasuke does not possess Tsukuyomi—though it's possible his acquisition of the Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan allowed him to 'inherit' Tsukuyomi from Itachi's Mangekyō; in a similar fashion to when Itachi transplanted Amaterasu into Sasuke.​

I'm PRETTY sure he has Tsukuyomi as well. The absence of evidence isn't the evidence of absence. Keep that in mind. Just because Sasuke hasn't shown much of it, doesnt mean he doesn't have it.

I believe that, just like Sasuke said, you need two Mangekyo Sharingan in order to awake Susanoo, that's probably why Obito doesn't have it, he gave his Sharingan to Kakashi as a child.

theres a reason its a rairity and thats because you need amaterasu and tskuyomi if an two eyes could do it then everyone with ms can do it
