that depends on whether or not the tailed beast can break through susano'os shield. if not then the tailed beast would just outlast it due to chakra.

the susanoo uses sasuke's chakra so it's limited to that , when sasuke run's out of chakra that's it , it will go away , on the other hand a tailed beast is a creature that has it's own chakra

The Tailed Beast Bomb of any tailed beast is enough to waste a village, a Susanoo would get turned to ash, the place would be a wasteland. It is good against ninjutsu, against pure power, R.I.P. Susanoo user, IDGAF if Madara himself used Susanoo, he would get destroyed
