EMS doesn't make it limitless it is still based on the persons chakra levels. The tailed beast would beat a normal susano but if it was up against Itachi's susano then the susano could win. Im not suggesting the sword of totsuka would seal it im just saying the yata mirrior could defend against most (maybe all) of a tailed beasts jutsu.

one the tech is done u can see how sucked im he is around the kneck and stuff b4 this tech he was completely fine with the rinnigan so it could easily be a senju as well
