Are you talking about the one Kabuto can use? That's a scalpel made of Chakra, not to cut Chakra. It's made to cut muscles, and at best venes or arteries, and cannot harm Susanoo. There are blades that can eat Chakra. But I've never heard of one that can cut Chakra, since that wouldn't even make sense in my oppinion.

So if there comes a thing such a blade which can cut chakra,it might be able to cut atleast sum part of susanoo
