If Itachi, who didn't have PS, had activated Ms and brought his Susanoo and jumped up as high as he could...

Would you see a half Susanoo in mid-air?
or would you see the Susanoo's booty rising up out of the ground and then followed up with the thighs as Itachi rises, and eventually sinks back down?

OT: Non-legged Susano'o don't have protection below them as evident from Gaara's assault on Madara's V3, so no, you wouldn't see any booty... unfortunately.
