Wouldn't it interfere with the Susanoo since the repulsion expels from the body?

Yeah in the fight against Naruto and Itachi, it wasn't a meteor though, just a big ass boulder from the lake

And Susanoo is basically a giant human, jutsus are performed the same way (i.e : chidori, kenjutsu, taijutsu)

The user does not use ST while inside the PS, The PS itself uses ST.

It hasn't really killed anyone but fodder Zetsu. Hell, PS couldn't even kill tired fodder Kages with its most powerful attack.
