Okay, tell my how you intend to use water in battle and then explain water's relations to the other elements.

Indeed it is me again, haha but hopefully after this element, you won't see me around anymore asking you for training.

I intend to use water as a power boost for my lightning attacks and as a defense for fire attacks. Also the raining tiger at will is just an awesome technique.

It is superior to fire yet inferior to earth, S Rank fire = A Rank water and vise versa when it comes to earth being s rank water equals a rank earth. It can be used with other elements to form a new one such as ice when used with wind or wood when used with earth. Also, it can be used in conjunction with other elements.

Also, lightning can be channelled along water, whether it be actual water or from a jutsu to create a deadly combo. A really powerful and hard to counter combo is that of water and wind!

Now, use your chakra to make a small wave in the lake over there!

Aww.... Not with my surf board?...

-I stand by the lake utilizing my chakra channeling it towards the water trying to make a small wave... After minutes of concentration, I begin to take the chakra, keep it still above the water. Then, I take it all at once and force it against the water finally able to make a very small but noticable wave...-

Description: Creates small waves of water,small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.

Expel from you mouth a great deal of water chakra, released in such a away that it is in the form of tiny droplets that are suspending in the air you breathe out. Use your chakra to make this mist blanket the area around you and my clone, using his inability to see through the mist to your advantage, killing him however you see fit.

- I gather water chakra and then channel it into my mouth. Then I release it in the form of vapor, turning into mist that covers up a large area making your clone unable to see me. Then I sneak quietly around him forming the tiger hand seal then shoving it up your clone's aspirations sending him flying into the sky xD-

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Gather water chakra in you hand, using it to create a small dagger made of water. You'll need to use some shape manipulation and channel chakra into it constantly so you get the right shape and make it strong enough to stab people like a normal weapon, without collapsing into a puddle of water.

I find it so funny how it's the only E ranked Taijutsu move xD

-I hold out my hand as I gather water chakra into it. Then I slowly take the chakra and mold it within the palm of my hand into visible water. I then control it from being able to reverted into formless water and then slowly mold it into the shape of a dagger. Then, I take my other hand and then place it above the water using my water chakra to create a veil of mist again. Now that your clone is unable to see me, I sneak behind him and shove the water dagger up his aspirations making him blast off xD-

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

Similar to how you made the water sword seem, solid, do the same with this next jutsu as you hold out your hands in front of you and try to create a half-spherical shield of water in front of you.

-I hold up my left arm as I mold water chakra around it making real water. Then I add more chakra as I continue to mold it and extend the water and making it harder and sturdier to defend attacks and weapons.-

Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.

Send your water chakra into that lake next to you and manipulate the water to form a shark. Then manipulate the shark to jump up, out of the water and bite onto my clone.

-I send my water chakra into the lake, controlling and molding a large portion of it into a shark. Then I swing my hand in your clones direction sending a shark right at you sending you flying back upon impact.-

(Suiton: Suikōtoppa) – Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough

Description: The user will create a water shark to jump into the air and bolt towards the opponent, striking them.

Perform the Rat → Dog → Ox hand seals as you concentrate your chakra into one of your hands, using it to form a small ball of water of which you will shape a long whip of water. Use this to attack my clone in any way you see would benefit you or help you with a combination attack.

-I perform 3 hand seals as I channel my water chakra into my left hand. Then, I mold it into visible form, then adding more chakra to make it expand more into a loose whip of water that maintains it's form. Then facing your clone, I swing the whip of water towards him knocking him on the side sending him flying into a tree dispersing.-

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Focus water chakra into your mouth, changing it's properties so it becomes very viscose and sticky as you perform the Ram → Tiger hand seals. Then spit out a small amount of the sticky substance around that training dummies feet, then pull on that rope attached to him... If he flies out, you did it wrong, it he is stuck... well, you succeeded xD

-Well then, I perform 2 hand seals conjuring up my water chakra into my lungs molding it into a very sticky spit like density. Then aiming at your feet, I spit out a glob of sticky liquid that engulfs your feet that still connects to my mouth. Then pulling on it, I suddenly drag you sending you flying into the lake while still stuck to the substance.-

*As I see you release the substnace form your mouth, I charge chakra into my feet, thereby allowing me to walk harmlessly over it. I then throw a rock at your head*

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Stand next to the lake and perform the Tiger hand seal, channelling your water chakra into the lake to begin manipulation it. As you do this, try to imaging a clear picture of yourself, using it as a template for what you will have to do next. Shape the water into a rough outline of you body shape and size and then begin to work on the finer details of it's appearance, the end result should be a perfect copy of yourself standing before you on the lake.

As you throw the rock at my head, I quickly channel my lightning chakra throughout my body creating a visible layer of electrical chakra as a form of armor that makes the rock burst into pebbles upon impact. That could give someone a concussion you know O_O'

- Standing next to the water, I channel chakra into it as I lift up a large boy of water and begin using my chakra to mold it. As time goes on, I begin to carefully sculpt the out line of it and then the details of it turning it into a perfectly sculpted clone of mine.-
