-I gather up a tremendous amount of chakra and spread it around my body. Using this, I start to change my internals to liquid water as well as my externals. But I want to maintain my appearance so I mold the chakra to keep the form but in a liquid state. As you punch me in the face, I flinch but to do not feel any pain for as I open my eyes, I can see the your fist is still in my face and the water just moved it's position.-

This could fluster you and the water can make it harder for you to pull your hand out. Although I wouldn't use it in a fight because if your hand was through my body, a chidori would kill me >.<

- I perform two hand seals and release my chakra making it into the liquid form of water. Then I mold the chakra into the shape of a dragon and with the motion of my hand I make it fly/move around like a masterpiece. Then I make it fly towards you exploding on impact. Then as you are being hit, I secretly go behind you and punch you up your aspirations. You're dead xD-

As it is released, I use my chakra to make the sphere expand to the size of an average human being but as it does expand, I have to add more chakra to keep the sphere in form and with rotation.-
As it hits your clone, I'd imagine it would push your clone back and still keep it's form or if I release the chakra, it would be like a huge water balloon and splash your clone with a large impact leaving the area soaked xD.

-Gathering my earth chakra, I perform the tiger hand seal and stomp with my left foot on the ground creating a big wave of water using my chakra. As the wave is forming, I mold it with my chakra into a sharp arc and motion it to slice through your clone's midsection making a clean cut.-

I think those two jutsu are pretty straightforward basic and simple offensive maneuvers. Although it's simple and predictable, it can also be extremely useful because of how fast you can perform it.
These three are next. The first jutsu in this set is good for setting up a water source where they may otherwise be none, and it's self-sustaining once you inject chakra into it, so you don't have to control it.
The second is similar to "Hiding like a Mole", but using water as a traveling medium instead of Earth.
Finally, the third is straightforward, but is fast in its execution.
