Whis's feats unknown. Bills, the god of destruction an ease solar system buster was put to sleep just by one shot from Whis. Whis's power is terrifying. It can be scaled from whis's. Whis displayed 1% of his power in the movie.

I don't know Demon Bane, and Dark Schneider is nigh-omnipotent at best. Kami Tenchi is the only true omnipotent that I know of so far.

You're bringing stuff out of thin air. When was Goku FTL? Never stated. When was Whis FTL? Never stated. It took 26 minutes for Whis and Bills to arrive at Kaio's planet. Here's the official map of universe done by Toriyama. The farthest planet is at the other side of the second realm, so let's use that:

If we used scaling, we could use the snake road to determine the distance from Kaio planet to the other, it would be roughly 1.5 million kilometers (which is when the road is stretched). Sadly, LS takes 300 million meters per second to arrive at it's distance, which is 670 million miles per hour. So they're not even close.

SSJ4 > SSJG. Already established, SSJ4 is 10 times stronger than SSJ3. Much stronger than SSJG.
