IIRC, Hulk lifted Mjolnir that is the weight of a dying star... which is pretty much more than anything anyone has done from DBZ with Ki attacks, let alone sheer physical force.

Even if they were, Superman can lift 200 quintillion tons, as well as the Earth in his weakened form. Goku barely punched a hole in the Kaio planet, which is much, much smaller than the moon and roughly the size of a mountain if not even less. Although Whis is much stronger, nothing suggests that he has force equivalent to Superman. Add the fact that Sun is a big, big factor. Superman should win mid-high diff.

SSJ Goku can solo superman. Raditz is FTL, anyone in SSJ is beyond FTL. Your argument is a fail. King Kai's planet is scaled to be big as the earth, so Goku punched a hole through a planet that's scaled to be earths size. Whis is just a unbelievable overkill.
