Difficult to say. Superman could one shot batman but what do you know, Batman can come up with a plan or something and **** over superman, Maybe set a trap, Backstab him with kryptonite etc. A lot of things can happen.

Batman though with great difficulty. Why? Because Batman always his research and would know superman's weaknesses and exactly how to defeat him. Bruce Wayne would absolutely have a lot of Kyrponite (or however you spell it) stored up just in case this ever happened. he would obviously weaponize it and come up with the best possible strategy against Superman after analyzing all of Superman's fights of course.
Also, Batman always defeats everyone eventually.
