Personally I believe Batman takes this. I believe this because Superman intrusted Batman to stop him if he (Superman) were to go haywire and go to the dark side. He even gave Batman Kryptonite just in case. BUT What do you guys think! Your opinions MATTER!

-If you give Batman the green power ring or yellow power ring w/ no prep time it would be a good fight and Batman could possibly win

Anyway. Bruce Wayne is a very intelligent contingency theorist, and we have seen that preparation is his best weapon. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, Batman has a counter for each member of the League. Intelligent though he may be, I believe Superman is just far too much for Batman. Especially if they are in a location where Superman doesn't need to worry about harming civilians or demolishing the city. Superman's strength and speed are far too much for the Bat to counter, and if Soops flies him into space it's definitely GG. Aside from finding a way to sneakily kill him with Kryptonite, there is nothing Bruce can do to replicate the feats that Superman is capable of.

I'm assuming you mean Bruce Batman and not ****, either way, he has a cache of kryptonite that can be used against Clark including a Kryptonite ring once used by Lex....Clark gave batman the ring to use in case Bruce ever needed to kill him... and he mostly always carries it around when he has missions with clark etc

So without a doubt, on normal occasion batman would win...With no kryptonite, this question shouldn't even be asked

If this is a battle of life and death where Bats and Soops throw away there camaraderie then maybe Batman's chances are higher since he can prepare Kryptonite and go for the kill, or maybe just weaken him enough without killing him.

Guys you do realize that even with kryptonite, batman stands no chance? In Hush, Superman and Batman fight. Batman uses the kryptonite, and beats the shit out of superman with it. But it wasn't enough, it barely even slowed him down. The only reason Bats won was because he dangled Lois Lane off a building, and that snapped superman out of his hypnosis.

Superman has been shown to be able to move much faster than the speed of light. So theoretically, he could kill batman before he could even THINK.

The Cape Crusader all day everyday. Superman is overall better than Batman but still not smart enough against him. Batman would come up with so many ways to use kryptonite. Also it is true that Superman entrusted batman to kill him if he ever were to go berserk/controlled. Batman is always prepared.
